This just started happening to me too! It either has a busy tone or is just silent when I try to call back. Other sites have said that when someone finally talks to you that its trying to give you free magazines, but you have to pay for one and they want your credit card info. It's freaking me out.

Ok so this number calls me 3-4 times a day, this started about 6 days ago. out of nowhere,
when i answer no one talks, but they arent hanging up because my call is still connected, so saying hello 4 times, and still no one talks, i hang up, and call it back, but EVERYTIME i call it back it just goes: beep beep beep not a dead tone, but like a busy tone only the beeps are faster and closer together. so i dunno what those beeps mean. and the last 3 days it calls me around 8-9pm weird????
when i did reverse phone lookup through white pages online it says its a cell phone and the carrier is level 3 communications????
can anyone help me on finding out who this is? remmeber, it said it was a cell phone. and its the same area code as me! i live in Omaha. only this number is the same area code but in hastings, NE. thats like 3 hours away!!
