This person sent me a text saying "I mean this in the rudest way possible: Go F*** Yourself :) "
Its a political demographic group based in Omaha it seems. If they're calling you they likely grabbed the sample from your voter registration, ANY INFORMATION YOU PUT ON YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION IS PUBLIC INFORMATION AND CAN BE USED BY POLITICAL ORGANIZATIONS, RESEARCH GROUPS, AND NON-PROFITS.
It really depends on whether they're using a predictive dialer or a random digit dialer, random digit dialers don't actually have lists to put numbers on, lol.
Demographic surveys, not professional, tell them you're not interested or take the survey but even that won't stop them from calling you back as they switch their script/campaign slightly allowing them to call the same list of people all over again. Gotta love election year.
I'm getting a call from this number every day. Does anyone know whether this has anything to do with the election? If so, what is it they want?!!
I swear they call me over 20 times a day. It's getting me in trouble durring school. I'm sick of it. I don't know how they got a hold of my number, but I'm not quite ready to block them. I think it's time I take time out of their day. >:U
I called it back and said: They are close at this time.
Yes i have been getting this number 5 times a day. :(
I keep getting a call from this number. I answer and nobody there. Sometimes they just say hello and hang up. I tried to call them and they said the office is closed. who is this and what do they want. I am on the do not call list. This call is from Omaha. I want it to stop now.
Just got this call about 5 miuntes ago, caller asked for a person here, then mentioned he was calling about voter research.
Tone of voice indicated disgust that he hadn't gotten hold of the person he asked for.
I got a call no one replied. Dont they know its Sunday.
This is a strange one. I've been in the survey industry for almost 40 years. They asked the question "Are you a strong Republican or a conservative Republican. Huh? When I challenged him on the question - he just skipped to the next question. A professional interviewer would never do that.
Ok so they can call me but I can't return the favor!
I have received a number of calls from the number above; when I answer no one is there. I have attempted to contact them but the recorded message is that their offices are closed. These calls cost me money every time they call - IT NEEDS TO STOP!!!
Saw the number, didnt answer
It seems to be Midwest Voter Research. Gotta love the election years.
Got a call from this number just now. No answer on the other line. Anyone else?
