"Paul" claims to know my husband and hangs up on me. Never tells me what company he is with or what he wants. STOP CALLING!

These guys must call 2-3 times a day, never leave a message. Caller ID just says "Omaha, NE"

It is not a fraud, however, 60 some of what you donate actually goes to the youth programs ........ if that.  They do sell tickets to an annual benefit show and it is a legit show.  It's non-profit, tax deductible.  It's legit.  BUT ... as a case manager at community corrections may tell you - all they do is hire inmates that are still in prison doing prison terms.

Yeah, we are now getting these phone calls from this number, the man identified himself as "Bill Thompson" and he hangs up when I tell him that my wife is not home - odd. I also tried the website listed above (www.foplodge1.com) and it is all in Greek - funny that an Omaha area police lodge would have their website in a foreign language don't you think? Honestly, I think that this is a scam...

12 calls in 5 days.  4 of these I said we were not interested, and the jack,,, hung up on me cause I wouldn't let him talk to my wife. 2 calls, she said NO.  The others, we weren't around for.  Anyone with any info on how to speak to someone at this organization, I'd appreciate it.

This is the third different number they have called from. I keep logging their numbers in my call block. I guess they figure it out and try to call from different numbers. I have asked them to remove me from the list but they refuse. I give to plenty of charities and community groups but I will choose who and how much. I don't like being bullied.

Sick of them calling for my dead relatives when I asked if I could help them they hang up.

They say they are soliciting donations for the "police"...legit?? Doubt it.

These dogs lead one to believe they are police officers with the OPD.  OPD will do nothing because ALL the board members are omaha cops (rather poor ones at that).  I have tried to get them to stop and have tried filing complaints with OPD but, being men and women of low moral character, they won't police their own.

Receiving so many calls from 402-932-8633 is abusive. If I would consider donating to a cause to help support our local police, I will no longer be interested. If I am at home, they hang up or say nothing, STOP THIS INTRUSION!!!

They say they are from the police department collecting donations but they sound like a bunch of kids making crank calls.

These ARE NOT Omaha police officers as they purport to be! I have been told by former tenants in the same office building as this office that the callers include some former felons and that is why they vacated the premises. OPD does not respond to complaints, but the Union Office might if enough of us call and complain to them about how they are being mis-represented.

I understand this fundraiser is going towards a good cause but I have an issue with the people calling my house.  They are the rudest people I have ever talked to.  They make you feel like a 5 dollar donation isn't good enough.  I'm sorry if I cant buy your stupid tickets to whatever package deal you have got going on.  I believe if the Omaha Police Department wants to continue accepting tax payers dollars for these programs they offer to Omaha's youth, they should be making these calls themselves or hire some people with some sense. So next time this third party company calls my house I better be treated with respect and not asked the question "All you can donate is 5 dollars?"
