keeps calling, don't answer it and leaves no message

Received phone call from 402-933-6815 and 402-933-2584.  Caller ID indicated that both phone numbers are for ehealth group.  Further research indicated that phone number is actually for: John Westley Shields Jr. at 8738 Granville Pkway, La Vista, Nebraska 68128. Following notice of complaint was filed on 18, July 2007 against this person\company:
