I called back from a landline. Said they were college referrals and got the cell phone number from an online source that would indicate an interest. My cell phone is pre-paid for emergencies only, and I have never given it out online. Also on DNC list. I don't know what their scam is.

Caller is from Fremont Nebraska.  Claims he is College Referrals.

He said I am calling from college referrals and asked, "How are you today"?
