These A-holes won't take you off their list and, since nobody seems to know where they are, they can be as rude as they want to be without fear that somebody will be waiting for them with in their parking lot with a bat.  

So.....press #1, then waste as much of their time as possible. Pretend that you are interested, but you are from another country -or- hard of hearing -or- old -or- old & stupid -or- old & stupid & hard of hearing -or- old & stupid & hard of hearing & from another country.

Yeah, I got this sh*t as well. I knew it was a fake the moment I listened to the computerized junk on it "Hello this is ...so and so  sh*t company." "We're here to tell you bout your credit card issues!" "Currently you have zero issues!" "But it is urgent you call us back to help lower your intrest rates!" ...I have half a mind to turn this sh*t into the Better Buisness Bureau...cause my number shouldn't appear on a blacklist like that. I think my moms had it blocked a while ago.

The name appears on my caller ID as Blake Gardale. Who the heck is this?!?!?

This person called me 2 times in the last month, lucky I wasn't around to pick up my phone, so I had no hassle with this person, I think it is wrong that telemarketers can call your private phone and bug u to bye there product!!!

This same number called my cell phone.  Luckily I DID NOT ANSWER.  The number came up on my display.  Since I did not recognize it, I did not answer.  I agree.  I real nuisance!

Marcus just called me a "stupid b***h" cause I told him I didn't understand the offer, since I have no credit cards.  Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!

My phone tells me that the number is from Omaha, NE. Seems to be a lot of calling centers out there because this isn't the first number from Omaha that has called me with this fake crap. The call I got from this number told me to call them or press 1 to get a lower interest rate of 6.9% on my credit card.

I am getting this unsolisited phone call from the above number. How can I stop these pone calls. I cann be in a meeting at work and get them etc. They want to lower my creadet card rates, which they cannot do because I have no balance on credit cards.

The federal telemarketing law has not been repealed.  This type of call is illegal.  I received a similar call from another company.  I told the caller if he called me one more time, I was going to call the state attorney general general.  I have not received a call from this company since that time.  I have yet to see anyone in this thread mention the attorney general of their state.

they called me I was on a protected service I have been vilotated now what? this is wrong people go to stores, stores should not come to people!!!

they called me I i didnt pick up causei didnt recgoize the number. How the hell did they get my number.

once you press 1, they now have a validate number to call and harass. dont press anything and dont answer.

Constant calls to phone # that is on the "Do Not Call List."

I have no credit card debt. This appears to be a telemarketer asking if I'm interested in reducing my current interest rate. When I asked "Which card are you calling about?" ... they hung up.

Call came at 5:25 PM PDT on 8/17/10 to my cell phone.  Lady offered to reduce interest rate on our credit card to 6.9%.  Not the company issuing our card, and they wouldn't call us on the cell to offer such a thing.  Said no, hung up.  Since it's against the law for marketers to canvass to cell phones numbers, I filed a complaint with the FCC today (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm), Form 1099G.  I suggest ya'll do the same.

Got a call today on my cell.  As a matter of habit, I don't answer a call unless I recognize the number.  This is clearly a fishing expedition based on feedback on this forum.

Just got a call from them. it was a missed call so i called back and they said to press 1 to be put on a do not call list. so i pressed 1 and hung that thing. dont know what will happen. i'll probably go into verizon and have their number blocked eventually

Your gov  phone? turn them in as terrorists . Also maybe it's a gov conspracy. Aren't those who work in gov offices typically wealthy business owners? Some are deceitful scum! Some guy says he's with Experion and I qualify for a lowered intrest rate on all my credit cards due to my credit score which he quotes as being 350 when no exchange of information has been made. when I asked who he was and where he's at  ,he immediately turns the question back on me asking" well, who are you and where are you at"? and I say "wait", because I asked the wrong question. So I ask again " who are you working for" ?  and he talks over me rudly not allowing me to finish . I tell hime he's being rude for not allowing me to finish a sentence and that's when he says he's with Experion and gives me the line of bologna. I say" wow 350, that's pretty low huh?"  He says" yeah that's pretty much bottom of the barrel."" But we can lower your interest rates to (as low as) 6.9%*" As I pondered  an Asian languaged voice loudly stated something and the line was cut.

They called my cell phone.  It's an older Tracfone and I pay for my minutes, so I didn't answer.  I simply won't waste my time on them.  How/ why they're calling my cell is totally a mystery to me.
