called my cell at 1:15 PST, no VM. Also, last week I got a call from a diff number for auto warranty they called twice over 2 weeks; one as an intro the second as a follow up.

I don't give out my cell number, only three friends, one X friend, and family have it. I assume my ex friend registered my number on some kind of list and this hang up call thing is a different marketing company that bought my number or selling me as a warm phone call transfer to a call center for who knows what.

Just got a call from this number.  I answered and had to say hello 3 times before I heard a static sound.  Then it just hung up?

This number showed as a missed call. No voice mail left.Scammers?

this person who ever it is called & on my caller ID it came up "unknown" I don't return calls to unknown...stop[ playing games because no one else is playing.

got a missed call from this number on my PRE PAID CELL!!! That nobody has my PRE PAID CELL except work and friends... So Irritating!

I just missed a call from this number as well.  I called back and received an audio recorded message saying Thank you for calling something marketing, blah blah blah.... if you want to be placed on our do not call list press one (1) now.  After pushing 1 I got a "Thank You" and disconnected.  I called back a 2nd time, and it rang twice and then all I heard was the same distorted screeching noises others heard.

Just got a call from this number on my cell, have NEVER received a telemarketing call in the 2 years I've had this number.  They left a voicemail—regarding my vehicle's "warranty"—but the message got cut off.

called my san francisco voip number 30 minutes ago, I never give this number to anybody, I wonder if they get it from the other telco company or steal it somewhere, is it legal? or are they violating the privacy?

Just got this call on my cell AT WORK, and it's a car-warranty scam! Second time this week these bastards have called my cell!!!  Arrrggghhh!!!

Called my son's cell phone.  It's the FACTORY CAR WARRANTY scam.

Just got the call on a San Diego phone, didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Didn't answer-- called me at after 9PM!!!  I can see by posts it is telemarketers.  I also receive "vehicle warranty" calls from 516-889-1486 and 866-849-0105.

Got a call saying my car warranty was about to expire.They caalled my work cell that only my employer has number and I don't have a new car.

Customer Service number ... it's a warranty scam ... thats all it is

I received this call at 5pm est. I tried to call back at 7am est. The recording said that I could be connected to this international phone line from my cellphone.

i also got a phone call from this number at 12:15 on the same day my friend was called at 8:15 am by the same number.. it's a nebraska number

I also almost NEVER give out my cell number.  This call came while I was waiting in a Doctor's Office.  Pressed Ignore and they didn't try again.

I've read that the mobile phone companies are selling customer numbers as a way to make more money under the last gasp of the corrupt Bush/Cheney years; circumventing DO NOT CALL lists and laws.  So PROTEST TO YOUR MOBILE CARRIERS ABOUT THESE CALLS!

I have had several phone calls saying just 0501 no other numbers come up on my phone.I'm in UK and this is on a BT phone not a mobile.
