The call is a robo call and if violating FCC rules.
Even if you do not have your phone on the national do not call list,
you can file a complaint against this company because they do not
provide you a way to be removed from their calling list.

There is another thing about this company. They are not a legitimate
survey company. The survey is nothing more than a rouge  to weed
out people who make enough money to purchase their products.

This is a solicitation, not a survey.

I also called 1-800-203-9783 inr esponse to these calls. The operator said that his company was not affiliated with Survey RC. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She was incredibly rude but admitted that they are affilated with Survey RC. She said that she could make them stop calling. I gave my phone number, and she hung up on me. We'll see how this goes.

How does someone stop these annoying survey telephne calls.

I called the 1 800 # that Jodi mentioned above. A very young lady answered and I asked her if she was affiliated with RC SURVEY. To make a long conversation short. She said she'd submit it for removal. I didn't see any reason to bi*** out a young girl for just doing what she was hired for.But the entity that signs her paycheck needs to be sued. We'll see what happens

Getting spam phone calls from Survey RC.

I get these calls at our office all the time on about 20 different extensions.  It's like the computer fishes for similar numbers to call.  This morning I called 800-203-9783 and spoke with "Anna" and gave her our main number and every extension associated with our office.  She said it will take about 2 days to be put on the DNC list.

I called the 800 number above and they transfered me to the survey rc cancellation. I spoke with Michelle the receptionist and she was very helpful. She will take you off the list. Her number is 954-567-9353 ext 4000. She said it will take 7-10 business days. But like I said she was nice. Being a receptionist I think she understood my frustration.....

I get these calls every day at work on average of about 20-25 calls a day. It drives me crazy that it is a recording and I cannot tell them to stop calling. They call almost all of my lines, and it's so bad that today they called 3 times AT ONCE!!! I have never seen anything like this. They used to call from 207-493-2607 then they started calling from an unknown number and now its calling from 508-475-1371. So irritating!!!!!!

I have been getting these calls on multiple business lines for years.  There is no pushing "9" to get off thier list.  I located a number that will get you on their do not call list.  800-203-9783.  The first 2 attempts to get through were unsuccessfull.  After stating my business I was hung up on.  The second try I received the same lady and explained what had happened - after holding for 8 minutes, she came back on - ignorant to the fact that I was holding, treating me like a new caller.  I explained again and that time she transferred me to an automated commercial-type recording about phone sex and then the call disconnected.  When I called the third time a different woman answered, she was pleasant and took the numbers I gave her, however they are still calling.  I filed a complaint with the FCC - they have taken no action.  I know I'm not the only individual to file a complaint, yet no action has been taken.  I have over 2 dozen incoming phone lines and some unpublished "back door" numbers - none of which are sacred - they persistently call any and all lines.  Why can't they be stopped?!?

We do not want to receive calls from Survey RC, we are tried of the disruption as we work and our students try to learn.

We get phone calls everyday from this company and I want off the list.  We are getting several calls a day and we are a school and this is very disruptive.

The number on our ID is 207-493-2623, so I guess they changed numbers, but it's the exact same message. We receive easily a half a dozen calls from them at our business every day, and we're on the federal DNC list! I called the number back and hit 1 to remove us from their list. I reported them to the FCC Do Not Call site 9 times, and I called to have them put me on their internal do not call list. This is the number to call: 1-800-203-9783. It is a vacation agency company. Be prepared to wait- I was on hold for nearly 20 minutes!

If you can take the 30 seconds it takes to file a complaint, do it every time they call at donotcall.gov. Hopefully with enough of us it will get us somewhere.

I receive these call on a daily basis. This is a business and I find these calls not just annoying but time comsuming and unproductive!

When this call comes in, just wait the 'YOUR CAPTAIN' comes on and press "9". You'll get a message "based on your answers your do not currently qualify for this offer and they disconnect.

I have received nearly 10 of these calls, but only recently realized they fall under a 2009 Federal Trade Commission regulation banning most robo calls.  Please report EVERY violation at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx , provided you are a US resident and the call is to your personal phone.  You don't need to be on the federal Do Not Call list to file a complaint.  The more complaints, the more the feds (or associated law firms?) will smell blood. :)

thanks for the tip joe!  I also filed a complaint with the FCC.  I asked to be taken off their call list, but still get the pre-recorded calls about once a week.  I hope it stops with this filing.

Multiple calls during the day to home and cell phones. Soooooo sick of them. Filed a complaint with FCC today.
