Caller identified himself as "Jack" from "Integrated Financial Services" and asked for me by my first name.

We got a call at 3:00 am from this number and it was not the first time. How can I stop the calls.

Have received eight calls from (402) 982-0549.  Four of the calls had no one on the other end.  The others identified themselves with an English language name, spoken with an Indian accent.    As someone else noted, I also did not catch the name of the company when they called.  SW GRP is what shows on my caller ID, but that does not help in finding this outsourcing telemarketer, or the American company that they are working for.  

I told the first three callers that I did not need debt consolodation, and that I was on DoNotCall.  The fourth one, I gave some information to them, to see where this may end up. He tried to transfer the call, but the call got disconnected.  I received two more calls, in the following two hours, but with no one on the other end.

In the past, before the mortgage finance collapse, I would get phone calls from India.  If the same company called multiple times, I would give them some information, then let them transfer me to their representative, which took 30 seconds.  I would talk to the American guy, and tell them to give me the name of the telemarketing company, or I would report the American company.  The telemarketing firm was almost always in the States, and I would call them to take me off of their list.  This usually worked.  A couple of telemarketing companies denied that my number was on my list, so I offered to file a criminal complaint of harrassment.  They found my phone number shortly after, and informed me that I was off of their call list.

Call from this number today (6/10/09) at 10:12 am PDT. This is the 2nd time it has called my number. The first time was a few weeks ago.

I got a call from this number.  I said hello a couple of times before they asked for my dad "Anthony."  He goes by Tony so I knew it wasn't someone we knew.  I said, "He's not available, who's this?"  He then asked if he was speaking to Ms.'ourlastname' and I said, "Yes, who is this?"  Then he hung up on me.  How nice.  I tried calling the number back but it wouldn't go through, kept saying I didn't dial it correctly though I did.

Just contacted the Selway Group in Mesa, AZ at 480-969-2350.  A nice gentleman answered the phone.  I asked to be put on his do not call list.  I think they do something like sell telephone numbers.  He has hundreds of customers and wouldn't know which one called me, but put me on the list and promised that none of his customers would be able to call me again.  Am I being naive?

They call at all hours and speak with heavy Indian accents. I am on the DNC list and keep reminding them. Makes me want to not have a phone

The guy had an Indian accent. He asked for someone else's name (not me or my husband). The same person has called me about five times over the past few weeks. Each time I've asked to be taken off their list. Each time I've been hung up on.

I got this call many times and I have not attempted to answer as I don't know who the hell it is. You've guys have solved that clue. When I tried to call back it said "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again." This time I will answer... and I'll be extracting info from them. Not the other way around.

no message left: I called the number back and a recording said not a working number, please check and redial.

They autodial from this and other 402-982-****  numbers. Caller ID says Esta Sol. I picked up last week and it was a recorded opinion poll. They offer a "free" vacation that no doubt requires a credit card.

Roger, Where can you be reached now days? i have been trying to contact you... what is the best number to reach you? I signed a contract with you in regards to a loan modification last year April 26th to be exact. What is the best way to get in contact with you? please respond.

I again received yet another call from 402-982-0549.  Citistream Communications Inc assured me on 5/19/10 that the calls would stop---they have not.  I have spoken with a Mr. Nelson today (7/22/10) and he again told me that he will put in an order to stop the calls.  

My next step is to contact BBB, FTC and the FCC if the calls do not stop.

Not sure if anybody is still getting calls from 402-982-0549 but they call me every day and never say anything or never leaves a message.  Well the telephone company that is providing the service to this number is Citistream Communications Inc (402-982-0215).  I called them and told them that I was getting unwanted phone calls from this number.  After telling them that I was going to call the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Communication Commission----they asked for my phone number and said that they would have it removed within 72 hours.  I am not sure at what level they are affiliated with this 402-982-0549 number but I told them that I would report them as well if the calls do not stop.

again, this is Roger Haglund telling a lie.  He is talking about a different Malik Shakur, he does not even practice real estate law.  Malik Shakur is actually the owner of Quantum Law Center and the CEO, check the webpage and call him.

I am continuously contacted by homeowners telling me that Chase Residential Solutions and Quantum Law Center have been selling loan modification services telling homeowners that Quantum is a new law firm formed after merging with Haglund Law Group.  This is simply not true.  Haglund Law Group has had to dispell this falsehood multiple times to unfortunate homeowners who believed that falsity and handed over thousands of dollars to Chase Residential Solutions and/or Quantum Law Center.  When I discovered their despicable business practices, I immediately attempted to stop them from duping unsuspecting homeowners (many of who live in the Southeastern US) from doing any further damage. People and affiliate companies have been distancing themselves from Chase Residential Solutions and Quantum Law Center at an alarming rate.  I have personally spoken with Malik Shakur, Esq. and he disclaims any affiliation with Quantum Law Center. Mr. Shakur is an honorable man who practices law in the state of Maryland, and, like myself, is having his name sullied by Jarod Chase, Chase Residential Solutions, and Quantum Law Center due to their misrepresentations and deceptive business practices all the while claiming affilaition therewith. I feel personally troubled by the thousands of homeowners who believe they have hired my firm when in fact they have not.

This # called us at 1 am this morning! We didn't answer and no message was left. I tried to call the number this morning but I got an operator error saying that the call couldn't be completed. Good thing for them we were too out of it at 1 am to pick up the call.

Heavy Indian accented man, "Jason," from "Capital Financial," doing loan mods. Transferred to the Haglund Law Group in Abilene TX [their salesman called from 941-928-1301] which does nationwide loan mods. Jerrot at Haglund says lead bought from Gainer Industries. He hung up when I asked to be put on their DNC list. Haglund Group headed by attorney Rodger Haglund, California Bar No. 216427.

This company calls my cell several times a week. I rarely answer. I answered Wednesday and a male with a heavy Indian accent with Nationwide Financial Services spoke. He offered debt consolidation and a 30 year mortgage deal. I don't own a home and don't need debt consolidation. I told him to stop calling me. They called the next day. Not sure what this company is but they're annoying as $hit

Got call from this number today.  Caller did not answer promptly.  Finally came on the line and asked to speak to "Kevin".  No Kevin at my number.  But I have received calls FOR years for a "Kevin" on many different numbers.  Have explained to all about no "Kevin".  Told some that "Kevin" is dead.  Put some on hold to "go get Kevin" and just let phone stay on hold.  Have asked to be on DO NOT CALL list more times than I can count.  Does nothing.
Caller this time did do something different.  When I told him there was no Kevin, he asked in an accent I could not understand if I could help him.  (He had to repeat the question several times before I understood what he said)  I was curious so I said "How?"  He then asked me for my name.  What an idiot!  I told him not to call again, that I had recorded the call and then I hung up while he was still chanting.

May try the same approach of trying to get to an American-speaking person if I get more calls.

There really is NO Kevin at my number!

I have received another couple of calls from this telemarketing firm.  The first guy pre-screens, the second guy comes on quickly, asks a few more questions, then asks if my name is Wayne.  I say "yes".  He hangs up.  This happened the on the last two calls. On the other call, I was asked if I was a cop, then they hung up. See my previous messages for other call information.
I called the Selway Group, and asked to be taken off of the list.  Not sure that was really the carrier, but it did give me a four day break from them calling me.
