They call, and hang up with no message. So that can't be good.

I didn't pick up the call and they did not leave a message.  I have Privacy Manager so they have to reveal who they are.  Obviously if I see no name or company, and it says "Private Suite" I am not going to answer that call!

Third time message was left with no company identification or call back info. Message states: "It's urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates to as little as 3.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly so consider this your final notice. Please press the #1 on your phone to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate or #3 to disconnect further notices. Thank you and have a great day." Of course it won't work from your voice mail so I checked my caller ID then called the # only to get "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed".
I agree with all the previous posts, especially filing the complaint forms with the FCC & DNC list. Above all, if they get you to answer the phone, DO NOT give them any personal or credit information.

Just received the recording about lowering the interest rate on our credit card...no type given.  Hung up on them.  Caller ID said 'private suite' with this number.

I answered, got a recording saying they are calling about my credit cards and getting a lower interest rate and to press 1 to talk to an associate. I hung up at that point.

Just called me, I didn't answer, silly me called back and pressed 1.  I hope they call back so I can yell at someone.  It doesn't get the job done but it makes me feel better :-)

they called 10/12/09 - said I had been chosen by my credit card company to receive a lower interest rate.  They then asked me to verify my credit card number.  This is a PHISING SITE trying to obtain credit card information.  I asked her to take me off their calling list and she hung up.

Everyone who gets this number, please file complaint on donotcall.gov  The form is easy to fill out.  The gov't database probably works on a hit count, so the more of you that complain, the faster this number rises to the top of the FCC list.

Said lower rates "your credit card."  "Offer expires today."  Press one to speak to the account manager, press two to remove from call list.  I am on the DNC list.  How do they get away with it.

They are a-holes....I got someone live and told them they have called more than 10x's this year.  Put me on the do not call list...I am even signed up.  I also called back and received an automated choice not to be called back by selecting #1 which I did 3 times!  I bet they continue to call.....
All of you should go on and file a complaint on the governments "do not call" list.  they will look into the complaint.  worked for me before.

Received recorded message Sept 8th similar to those listed saying this was urgent to lower my interst rate. That time was running out and to consider this my last offer (I can only hope since this is not the first call). The area code is Omaha Nebraska. I am on the National Do Not Call List.

I got a call from 402-982-0717 today at 1:30 in the afternoon.. call came up on the caller ID as "Service Message"..I was on the phone at the time and didn't recognize the # so I didn't click it over to see who they were.. Googled it and found this page. I reported them to the FCC.

Caller ID states 'Private Suite'.  They have been calling me for 2 weeks every day.  I speak with them everyt ime and tell them to take me off the calling list, yet they still call.  I am so upset and sick of the calls, what can I do to stop them.  I have already filed 4 complaints with the FCC.

When I tried the number back they said "Thanks you for calling back.  If you are not interested in receiving future calls regarding our special promotions and would like to be placed on our do not called list please press 1.  Please allow up to 72 hours to have your number removed from our preferred marketing list and have a nice day."

If you're going to spam the board, could you at least get the link right?  This isn't war dialing, and they do pick up within 2 seconds.  Form 1088D is irrelevant.  These are common scammers, and you providing a pointless link is well.. stupid.  At best you'll flood a valid means for reporting something else and invalidate it.

I just confirmed with American Express that they NEVER deal with any of these so called credit card interest rate reduction companies. The rep I talked to confirmed these companies NEVER even contact them, it is all a scam. They get your credit card info and charge you for a service they cannot and will not deliver. They also steal personal ID and sell it. Never give them any info and always report these calls to the FCC. Being on no call has no bearing on this. These calls are illegal and the companies activities are illegal. By using phony computer generated numbers an ID's they cannot be traced easily. If enough complaints are filed perhaps the FCC and FTC will set up a sting operation to bust them. No legitimate credit reduction company does business by telemarketing. Any call that does NOT connect you automatically to a LIVE operator within TWO SECONDS is illegal and considered an abandon call. If you talk with their live reps they refuse to give a call back number or address. This is against the law. Private Suite is a phony ID, another violation. They will only be brought to justice if you report to the FCC. The no call list has no bearing on these calls which are illegal. Please everyone report every time they call. Also use *57 to trace (this will cost you a fee)but is important to get a real number for the FCC. The ID number is a dead number that is computer generated.
