Number called me 2 times within the last hour. I am calling it back right now... The message wont state the company name but allows you to press #1 to be put on their do not call list. I myself am currently registered with the FTC's no call list so I am reporting this right away.

One question and they cannot be bothered to answer.  I will assure you I will never get another quote from Blue Cross and will recommend my family and friends avoid them if this is how they treat their prospective customers!  I will blog about this everywhere I can.

I received a call from this number and they were selling Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance.  I tried to get a quote, and asked about contacting a local agent.  When I asked about a local agent for Blue Cross, they hung up on me.

Political are exempt from the do not call list I believe.

Several calls on my caller ID... followed and returned the call and recording states
"your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try your call again... then, 2eg"

Two calls to my cell from this number. Half-hour apart on 8/09/09. No message.

This is the 3rd time I have received a call on my cell from 402 area code, this time recording talking about the Government bailout.  I am on the " do not call list."

Received a call and anwered it.  They are calling about debt releif... Pressed 2 to remove my number.

On do not call list, have reported several numbers in the last few weeks and it seems the more I report the numbers the more strange numbers I get calls from, what is going on??  Why does the National Do Not Call List invoke some rules against these companies, annoying at all times of the night and day.  I just bought a new phone so I could have caller ID and I'm glad I do as I DO NOT ANSWER any number I do not recognize.

These people are total scum.  I just got this cell phone a week ago and they're already calling me (debt relief, but I have no debt).  From what I've read in this forum, it sounds like I need to take the phone back and get a new number.

Received 2 calls within minutes of each other, no message left.  Caller id shows as Consumer Seek.  I, too, am on no call list.  How are they getting my number, this is a land line.

Got unwanted phone call to cell on 07-15-09. I am on the Do not call list.  the prompt to not to call does not work... Verizon will block up to 5 numbers ..but that is not a huge help....

To prevent this, call the following number from your cell phone:

Unnamed "debt relief" automated voice offer received to my cell phone which is listed on the national do-not-call list.  Message said press 1 for more info or 9 to be removed.  Neither option worked.  Filed complaint at donotcall.gov.  Called number back, option to remove number from their "premier marketing opportunity" call list, was unable to speak to a human.

Got a call from this number on my State of Florida work cell phone which is registered on the Do Not Call list. I didn't answer it, and no message was left.

Got a call.  The voice mail was a recording saying, "Push any key to hear this message."

Got a call twice on my cell phone and they left no message!

Same thing as Steph. Called back, got the recording and pressed 1. I'll see if that works.

Got 2 calls on my cell from this number.  When I called it back, got a recording that said something like, thanks for calling us back - if you don't want to receive future calls from us, press 1.  So I did.  I have no idea what the company is, the recording didn't say.
