Robo call mentioned foreclosure, disconnected when live person connected to the line.  Phoned back and recording advised to push 1 to be removed from call list and allow 72 hrs to have name/number removed.

received call today. the third one this week from 402-982-0750. did not recognize the number and did not answer.another scam artist no doubt.

I thought these robo calls were now illegal. How do you report an unidentified company? To what agency? Are any of these regulations ever enforced?

Both my home an cell are on the Do Not Call list. This has done no good. I report them, but I have yet to hear of any enforcement to these federal regulations. I don't understand why the government makes rules it will not enforce.

Others that have received the recorded information from this number, and other numbers delivering the same message, are reporting an increase in calls from these same numbers once they request to have their number removed from the list. Still others are reporting rude representatives on the line when they happen to get a hold of an actual person.

same number called my personal cell on 9/24/09! i ignored it so i don't know who it was who was trying to call.

I get calls from 402-982-0750 & 228-209-9560! Both have same exact robo "erica" recording! been pressing "2" to remove from list but doesnt work. so pressed "1" to talk to rep, wont give me co. name, wont give me their name.  they swear at me, say rude things, and hang up on me! I've just today complained to the FCC, the Nebraska Attorney General, & Verizon Cellular!  Trying to find a way to file complaint with Mississippi (the 228 area code)!   I think if we all start filing complaints with these people then we'll have all these companies/people working together to shut these sh*&heads down!!!!! :)

Just got a call from this number, of course I didn't answer...in fact, I never answer any calls on my Tracfone because 99% of them are robocalls!  I just use the phone to make calls.

I got the same call from 402-982-0750.  After reading all the comments I have decided to block the number from my cell.  Sometimes calling a number back confirms that you are on the other end.  This confirmation is passed on to other telemarketers and etc.  Block and ignore, my policy.  If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer it.

I dont know if it will do anything - but it doesn't hurt to report this number to the FCC. Its just not right. iv changed numbers a few times and they seem to
" find me" - which makes me think ATT wireless sucks.

The only thing I have not done is leave ATT flat out - I may end up doing so. CHanging my number for free is not worth it and they will not block junk numbers for free

Got the same call...and so my mom, weird!! Different phones same #!  I would NOT RECOMEND calling them back, because I heard if they have 2 phone #'s they can steal your identity.

in addition, this robo-companys,telemarketers or sort of are mandated by law to call only during daytime!!!

this are offshore call centers with clients here in usa trying to sell something or solicit something...they are using DIALER SETUP AND it will just call US numbers at random, automatic, 24x7 the whole year!!!. reporting to USA DNC agency/dept and not their office would stop them from calling, for good.

you can file a case to the telephone company where they get their pooled telephone numbers, at 402 982 xxx, say At&T or however local telcom company owns 402 982xxx,  to finally stop them calling us. their tel numbers are placed in hunt group, this is their strategy to avoid prticular number seen by the receiver (Caller ID).

I also got the call and called back and got the optaion to press 1 to be put on the no call list.

To all,if you want to really stop them from calling, check out the TCPA,Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991. I understand that people don't have time tp pursue this kinda stuff. But hey, what they are doing is illegal and they can be fined upto $500 per call for violations. Its worth a look  anyway.If more people followed through with this stuff these crooks would be stopped, and we culd all ear a little cash.
