They call me every day about an order, but won't say who they are!

Got a call yesterday.

I have gotten several calls from 517-933-2015. I am concerned with the info I just read regarding this number. I have not answered nor do they leave a message. How do I get the calls to stop?

Just got a call similar to above comments. when they ask if I was between 18-75 and I said no (I am 78) they promptly HUNG UP!!

Same as everyone else, they have the last 4 digits of my debit card # and offer a $100 gift card.

Keep getting calls from this number and it is annoying!!!

I had the same experience as Daisy, above.  The person calling said that it was a $100 rebate that they wanted to send me.  They told me they were calling about my VISA and they had the last 4 digits of my card.  I told the lady in no uncertain terms that I was not interested, and I hope I don't receive any additional calls.

All in all, very strange and pushy.  And I verified no information.  This smelled like a scam to me.

SCAM !! Stay far away form these people. At first they act like they are calling on behalf of your bank only to find out at the end its some sort of credit card scam and they tell you they are going to bill your credit card for some sort of membership you don't even want or need.

They are rude and even after I have said no the other 10 times they called.

I've been getting up to 8 calls a day - all unanswered.  I finally typed in this number and found this site.  No way am I answering or calling back.  Going to try to figure out how to block the number from my phone.

This company calls at inappropriate times...8pm, 9pm etc.  When you call back no live person just a recording with no company name, etc. stating they are calling about an order I had recently placed.  WRONG!!!!  I am on the do not call list & will be reporting them as well!

Received a call from this number today, woman on other end knew my name and said "uh yes I am calling about your Visa card with the number ending ####" and she had that correct, I said and who are you with and she promptly hung up.

I just received a call from this number and for once i picked up and it was a man asking me if I was this such a such person and that my credit card ending in xxx1234.  I just hung up.  I then looked up the number and it just says it's in Omaha.  If you see this number on your caller id...don't even pick up.  I believe it to be a definite scam!

402 982 0778 calls 1 minute before 9PM est after calling 1 hour earlier.

The calls come in on my boy friends cell. He leaves it at home during work hours and rarely uses it at home only yo call his family out of state.When I called it back after receiving two calls with in two hours and no voice mail was left, a recording came on and said it was from a recent purchase made.The number used to be mine and I never signed up for any thing with the number and he refuses to give out his number when asked like at stores etc for mailing lists and contact for special offers. His cell is on the do not call list and is now rarely used and they call. I never received calls like this when I used it ALL the time and I don't on my new number in which I haven't gotten to add to the do not call registry list. We had a similar call like this a few months ago we had to add to the block list but Verizon only allows you to block 5 numbers is all and with these people using so many different numbers it is impossible and pointless to block them when they can just get around it. They should have NO right calling any one if they were not given the number by the owner of the number they are calling. What ever happened to plain old junk mail in your mail box where you live? That was annoying enough but easier to toss them in the trash lol It should be out right illegal. If you answer or call them back you are using up minutes on your phone for their bs. At least have a live person answer if you call back so you can personally tell some one off. It's insane!

thye have called me everyday for the past week. They know my last 4 #'s of VISA. Its a VISA that I had just cancelled two months ago because of unauthorized charges. Then they Said they have a gift card for $100 to Home Depot and they even ask me to verify my address. I didn't give it to them, but ask them what they got and they DO have my address!!! and my name!! I recently had fraudalent charges on my account (7 to be exact) and I just called my bank and they are trying to debit that closed VISA Im so disturbed by all this. The best thing to do is complain on the National Do Not Call Registry. You can still complain whether or not you are on the registry. If you are not get on it. Im going to add this to my police report. Maybe they have something in connection to my fraud charges from VISA. The website that Charlie posted. www.citistream.com. Be careful with homw much you give them too. I don't trust anyone over the phone or email anymore. For now on if my bank has questions Im going in in person.

After reading several comments here I believe this is a scam.  If anyone has purchased anything online in the past and used a credit or debit card the number is xed out except for the last four.  These people attain the last four then call you for whatever promotion and promise you something to good to be true because you are a preferred customer.  Then they want to charge you a small shipping rate or something like 1.95.  Then you verify your name and give them the entire credit card number and experation date thinking you are just paying a small fee for this promotional offer.  In reality you just gave your full info to some theives.  I don't even answer the phone when they call because I don't answer what I don't recognize.  Especially if their is no message.  Again SCAM.

Several calls and hang-up's from 10/12 to 10/15.  I am on the DO NOT CALL list.  Since it is less than 30 days, it is too soon to file an on-line complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).  There are several complaints on the internet for this number already for what appears to be attempted identity theft.  Call 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) to file a complaint with FTC.

reveived several back to back calls on my cell phone yesterday but did not answer them and let no message. same number called tonight and decided to answer. person calling asked for my husband and since they called my cell phone and not since, i simply said they had reached a wrong number and they hung up. will be interesting to see if i get called again.

This caller had the last 4 digits of my credit card, & claimed to have some kind of $100 prize they would send me for "$1.95 shipping & handling."  I hung up on him, but I have no idea why he had the last 4 digits of my card.

They knew the last four #s of my credit card...I have not ideal who they were.  They called my cell phone, which I don't give out to businesses.
As I see from all the other complaints they phony.  Someone stop them.

Caller stated they had a rebate, they had the last four and the city I lived in, they asked me to confirm my number.  I told them not interested. they rudely hug up!

I hope these scammers burn in hell!!!!!!

Never ever, unless you called your bank, give anyone your names, date of birth, security code, login ID or pass wrod... they are scammers!

Yes - several calls per day from this number - 4029820778.  I just now got a voicemail message but it sounded like the end of a recorded message leaving a "message number 4596..." or something.

I have been getting this call at least three times a day,9:15AM,1:15PM, and5:45PM,for a couple of weeks now. I don't even answer anymore

a lady called me wanting to send me $100 since i was such a valuable customer. she gave me the last four numbers of a credit card that I cancelled quite some time ago. she then asked for my name, which i refused, and when i asked her what purchase it was in reference to, she said she wasnt allowed to tell me that, which is total BS because a real credit card company would not have to ask their customer their name and has no problem telling you each and every transaction you have made with them. So I called the number given in the link above (thanks Charlie!) and made a complaint on them. according to the man i reached, i apparently i am not the first one they have tried to scam
