I hate calls from that number.

Got two calls from this number, no message, nothing. Shows as "unknown" on my cell phone.

I got this a couple of times, the only time I picked up a woman started to speak Chinese to me. She then said "Do you speak Chinese?" I said "Dew Lay Low Moe" which means "Go f*** your mom". She then hung up.

Got this call. No message or anything.
Call at 2:51AM. The govt needs to STOP this harassment from these companies.

This was weird. A person with this number called and said his name was Switer Nelson Jr. I met him on myspace.com and he had an account on there until earlier this morning after I gave him my number. The he called me several times. The first time all I could hear was music playing in the background. The second there was just silence. The third time there was some talking and my voice mail prompt to leave a voice playing back to me in the background like it was on speaker phone. Then the fourth time he called I answered and it was weird. When he talked it was almost like computerized voice. When I would answer him I could hear myself in the background again like it was on speaker phone or going over the computer with a microphone and speakers. Then he tried calling two or three more times after I talked with him and I did not answer. He is also on yahoo.com as switernelsonjr on chat. If anybody talks to this person do not give him your phone number. I think he is a creep or a criminal of some sort.

Got this number and didn't answer it, but it was still annoying because they called hella early and woke me up. Ugh!

Telephone numbers belong to telephone companies. Telephone companies who own the number do not initiate any calls. Nor they can stop a call from being made. Only FCC and AG can obtain a court order to stop such calls. Anyone can make a call and with new technology they can specify any NAME or Message on the caller ID. CNAM is provided by companies such as Verisign, SNET, etc. Telemarketing firms use their services. What you see in these Blogs is incorrect information, misleading about which number belong to whom. Telephone companies cannot give such information unless they receive a subpoena from AG or FCC. What we guys understand or write on the blog is like a kid talking, without understanding what is happening in the telecom industry.  

During Bush Administration FCC created EXCEPTIONS and allowed telemarketing firms to call mobile numbers too. All of a sudden this created a huge opportunity for telemarketing firms. Plus FCC provides EXEMPT on certain type of calls if no trade is being conducted. Messages can be recoded or both parties can bull s**t to each other during the call. Campaign calls are also exempt form DNC. Include political campaign call too.

DO NOT CALL listed numbers are NOT Exempted from such calls. FCC and Bush Administration got paid off and they are legalized such call which are currently just too annoying to us. As more calls are made to you home, landline, cell phones, your telephone company makes more money on every inbound call to you through CABS billing. You telephone service provider is also a part of this and benefits from it and are keeping quite and making more money.

Congress and FCC and politicians needs to remove these EXEMPT STATUS CALLS to make CHANGES in the system TO STOP SUCH CALLS. Until then we THE PEOPLE WILL be suffering.

I hope you understand how your phone company is also benefiting from such calls.

Got a pop-up window via yahoo messenger, using the name of a dear friend of mine. I guess calling me does no good, so now whoever these scam scums are, they're now resorting to stealing yahoo or window IM names, and messaging people. However, the same number for the scam scum appears as an SMS number. Watch your backs, y'all; they trying to come in through the back door!

Got a call from this number at 2:30 in the morning. Clocks went back tonight, so its really 3:30. I didn't pick up and no message was left. What kind of business calls at this hour?!?

THIS NUMBER BELONGS TO iCALL A FREE PHONE SERVICE ON THE NET, IT'S PROBABLY SOMEONE CALLING YOU FROM THERE HOME COMPUTER IT COULD BE SOMEONE YOU KNOW!

I recieved three or four calls within about three minutes from this number last night around eight o'clock, the first of which I let go to voicemail. There was no message. I answered the call the other times, but there was no response when I said hello. The call was disconnected from the other end within a few seconds the first time, but the last time I hung up on them after listening to about half a minute of silence. I dicided I would ignore it, thinking it was just a wrong number. However, upon checking my missed calls around eight thirty pm again today, I saw that this number had called me four more times. Once again, my voicemail has no new messages.

I was at a party so pretty pissed at being interrupted so I just let them have it.. take me off your list, never call this number again... and a few more choice words

They keep calling me & no one answers or says anything.

Answered the call from the unknown number, just heard someone rustling around the phone and breathing with no reply to my hello hello hello.

Just got a call from this number.

So I guess I'm going to get killed lol..

I thought the same thing at first, but turns out it was a friend trying to call me with VoIP, they got through the first time but couldn't talk so I was suspicious but then he figured it out and called again from the same number.

They called me SEVEN times in a row. I sent a VERY RUDE landline text message which was recieved by them. They then called back seconds later, and I answered "hello?" twice, and they said nothing and hung up.

my son received call from this number.  I do not want strangers calling children for any reason.

got a missed call from this number, lasted 23 seconds. my phone number is very new, only 3 weeks old.

Okay, i just called back the number, and put a one in front of the number like you are suppose to do for long distance and there was actually an audimated VOICE! It was kinda creepy. Anyways, it's sales of some sort. And it called my cell....and i haven't had it that long...it was creepy though!

THIS S*** NEEDS 2 STOP ! I would like 2 push this guy off the face of the earth , whos with me ???

I have gotten this call on the two different cell numbers I have and they never leave a message!  I called them back and of course, like everyone else said, it's some stupid credit card company.  I don't HAVE a credit card!  Isn't it somehow illegal for these telemarketers to call people on their cell phones?  If not, it should be!

just answered this number said hello about 6 times got no answer and whoever it was just hung up
