also Credit Card interest rate call.  This came in on a non-published business phone.  Received the same call on my company cell phone this morning but from a different number.  Definitely a phishing, scamming, spamming scheme.

Why doesn't the FCC do anything about these calls?   Are they just sitting on their azz?  Seems like it to me.

Numerous calls from this number 402-982-0792 with hangups mornings, late nights, all day long. Family live in 402 thought family emergency issues.

I received a call from them and told them to STOP their sales pitch.  I then asked them for their name, phone#, and name of the company so I could report them... They said they were going to kill my family if I follow through and actually file a complaint.  I hung up on them.  Very nervous.

Called and hung up when the answering machine picked up.

calls several times daily, often dead air calls, have asked them repeatedly to take us off their calling list and have informed them that we are already on the DO NOT CALL list.

This number, 402-982-0792, caller id-magency, calls a couple of times a day with no one on the other end. This is a business number they are calling.

These people are probably the worst offenders.  Several times a week, for the past three months since I inherited this number (and immediatly registered it with do not call.

Comes up as magency on ID.  If you get the person to speak, it atually sounds like the same guy to me.  A guy with a think Spanish accent and if you ask what company that he is calling from, he intentionally mumbles the first word and ends with "financial."  On two different ocasions, I have gotten him to repeat the name and on both occasions, he intentionally mumbled the name again.  If they threw this guy into some gitmo torture cell, I wouldn't loose a minute of sleep over it.

This number calls my house 4 or 5 times a day, every day.  By the time the answering machine message is finished, they have hung up.  I'm getting beyond annoyed.

They called my house again today, but this time the caller ID read "Service Announcement". So obvious it's not legit- if this was a legit business, the caller ID should be the same every time.

This number calls me constantly on my home office phone and no one is there usually when I pick up the phone.  The caller ID was showing "Service Announcement" but now it does not show a name but a long code starting with a "V" and then a lot of numbers but it is always different numbers.  Yesterday there was someone on the phone and they said they were calling about my debt. I told them I didn't have any debt and he just stuttered and hung up.  Today I called the number back and they had a message that if you want to be removed from their list, press "1" so I did.  We'll see!

this number has been calling for months and i have tried to have it stopped.  tonight someone finally said something instead of dead air and the man on the phone asked for joseph (my son) and I asked, " what is this was in regards to" and he said meanly "his unsecured debt".  I then told him  "REALLY because he is only 2 " and before I could finish he hung up. someone needs to stop these people because this is crazy.

Call about credit card interest rates, claimed that I had been late on payments and that they could help.  Operator hung up on my when I informed her that this was a cell phone and that I would like to be on their do-not-call list.

Very suspicious behavior.

Just got a call said on the caller id.  Service Announcement.  Said hello and a computer voice said good bye

This number is owned by a company called City Stream: www.citistream.com

They are not the caller, then contract the number out, but d seem concerned with clients that are not complying with the "do not call" list or customer requests for no more calls.  After getting calls from this number daily (sometimes getting a muble mouth guy and sometimes getting a "goodbye" message), I finally found City Stream.  They seem serious about stopping this client, but you need to report it directly to them.  Call in to this number to get them to take action: 402-982-0200

called my cell phone and a recording said they wanted to offer me a better credit card interest rate..I pressed one just so I could tell the guy to eat s*** and die.. he was a con man.. fast talker, said he was just trying to give me money. told him to shove it up his a**

Thank you for the website to file the complaints!  It's easy and only takes a few minutes to fill out.  I don't like getting these calls that interrupt my work and waste my time. So thank you for taking the time to provide this information...I hope the FCC can put a end to these unwanted calls.

Received a call from this number but on the caller ID it showed: "Health Care"...  I guess this is the latest scam is to use Health Care now to get you to answer.  I have an unlisted number.

Caller id says Omni Op. I recieved two calls in one minute and decided to call them back. A recording with a partial phone number just finishing and told me that because of the number of calls I had made to their number my number was blocked from calling them again and to call the number that I didn't here all of to get permission to call them. I will report them to the FCC, the FBI and the IRS.

i had the same thing happen 2 me today try to call the #402-982-0750 and told him to take me of the calling list and he said i'll think about it

These guys keep calling my son's cell phone.  I'll call our Attorney General and report them.  Hopefully, they'll sick their dogs on them.

Hey I just got a call too.  I just rolled it over to voice mail because I didn't recognize the number....I decided to google the area code and realize that it was a Nebraska number.....I know no one in that state...I came across this website and read all of your messages....I am so thankful for this site!!!! Got the insight about this company.....Thanks guys!!!! I work hard for my money I'm not about to give it away!  I'm sure all of you feel the same as I do!!!

Got the call on my AT&T mobile, but couldn't take it as I was in a meeting. Now that I've Googled the number, I am glad I didn't excuse myself out of the meeting thinking it's the girl I left my no. with, last night, at a bar.

I got a call from this number and didn't answer it.. Googled it and here I am... I see that most of you say it is saying that you can lower your interest rates on your credit card... Well, I don't have a credit card at all, so yup... it's a scam... I'm using a prepaid Net 10 phone, so it's probably a third party or something... I get stupid calls like this off and on.
