I have gotten many calls from this number, one right after the other with no message.  When I try to answer there isn't anyone on the other end.

I am getting repeated calls on my cell phone from this number .  I too am on the do-not-call registry.  It is extremely annoying.

His Name is Lee Jones and he called my place of business trying to switch my clients to an electric supply contract.  This referred to as slamming.   The toll free call back number he left was 888-203-3441.

Got a call from this number twice, both times presenting themselves as "HR Block Prepaid Credit Card" and to press "1" for the Security Department.

Got a call from this number today presenting themselves as "HR Block Visa Credit Card" and to press "1" for the Security Department. Pressed 1 just to see what would happen was prompted to enter my Card number which I don't have since I don't have an HR Block CC so I opted to press 0 repeatedly to see what would happen but it just gave me error message so I hung up. Really doesn't matter to me if they call back because it's only on my land line and I already know it's a scam. Think I'll report this to the FBI or other government agencies for further investigation as it appears they are a phishing company trying to steal people's credit card account numbers.

I recieved a call to my cell phone from 402-982-0899 at 12:17 this morning!  I had been sleeping, so I didn't get to the phone quick enough.  They did not leave a message.  If they are really in Nebraska, as their area code suggests, they would not have called at midnight if they were a ligitimate organization of any kind because we're in the same time zone.  It was midnight in Nebraska, too.  

Also, I got a similar call to what PJ and Jimbo described a while back, except this one said it was from "H&R Block Mastercard" and indicated their was some sort of security problem with my account.  I promptly hung up because I do not have a Mastercard, let alone an H&R Block one.  I thought H&R Block were tax perparers, aren't they?  They don't give people credit cards!  I'm not sure what number that call was from, it may not have been the same one.  It was also placed at some ungodly hour, though.  I remember that!  I don't care that much about getting a call every once in awhile, as I can just hang up on them, but I don't know why they insist on distrubing my sleep.

My calls have been as Katy's....two while I'm sleeping...on my cell.  I am in the same time zone as Nebraska.  Last one was at 12:12 this morning.  I would like to have it stopped.

Calling on my home phone and cell phone repeatedly. No message left. No information.

I got a call from this number LATE 11:15 PM and it was a recorded message stating that my account at _______ would be blocked, or I could press 1 and talk to security.

It was so late, I didn't catch the company where they claimed I have an account.  It sounded like H&R Block.   I don't do business with them, so this is fraud.

I got the H&R block call too. I don't have a card with them and I pressed 1, which got their security dept and another recording asking me to press 1 to reactivate or 2 to cancel.  I pressed 0 -- nothing happened, then pressed 2 and hung up.  

Now that I'm reading this, it sounds like a telephone version of a phishing scam. They're hoping to hit people who have the card and get them to give the number.

I just got a call from that # and called it back. It said the number or code you dialed is incorrect. the message said your prepaid master card account has been locked for security reasons... DON'T fall for this!!

I just received a call from this number telling me there had been fraudulent charges on my bank card and to press 1 and enter my bank card number.  I just  hung up because no one gets that information over the phone from me.  I called my bank and they said it was a fraudulent person trying to get my information.
I tried to call them back and it said number was not in service.

Hang up on them and do not fall for this fraud.

Received 3 calls from a 3-digit number:  200 and 202.  Afternoon and early a.m.  These are to my cell phone and the message is:  we have noticed security frauds regarding your prepaid Mastercard.  Press 1 to connect with H&R Block Security Department.  I hang up and try to redial them without success because the Verizon message is that this is not a complete number.  I have nothing to do with H&R Block.  Whatever the scam, I wish there was somewhere to report it.

Its a marketing call from remit2india.

Received at least 6 calls from this company today.  After hearing that it was a computer, I let it go into voicemail. My number is on the National Do Not Call Registry.  It looks like this company is ignoring the list.  This could cost them big bucks if they're caught.

I received a call from this number today. It hung up when I answered, so I called it back. I got a message asking if I wanted to be on their "do not call" list. I still don't know who they are. I am also on the national do not call list.

Ditto here. This " SERVICE MESSAGE " appears to be as a telemarketer phishing setup....

Just got a call too. Human on the line, but I did not respond to his request...We are also on the no-call list...

Today I have received 5 phone calls from 402-982-0899.  Once I talked to a human who very smugly told me that they do not have to obey the Federal no call list because they have are "political" ant the Federal no call list does not have jurisdiction over them.  I reported these calls to the Federal no call list people. No actio so far.  Maybe they are really "political: and have protection.  Is big brother watching?

got my first call from this number today, on my cell phone.  The person on the other end started a spiel about me possibly being eligible for debt relief, etc.  I hung up, and immediately added a call blocker  app to my  cell phone.  Lets see what happens next.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I am also on the Do Not Call List for both land line phones, and my cell phone.  Seems someone isnt paying much attention to the lists.
