I am continually getting unwanted phone calls from 403 441-2024.
How can I stop this?

Let it go to voicemail. Was a scam for a free cruise.  Thank goodness iPhones can block callers! Caller blocked.

Received a call on my cell  - recording saying I won a trip to Bahamas - I hung up but am angry.  My number is on the do not call list which I recently updated.

Also on DNC, 1:12PM on Thursday may 15 2014... same song and dance.

I got called on my cell three times today by this number.  I answered each time and no one said anything.  Just dead silence on the line.  Probably won't help, but I'm blocking the number.

east indian guy cold calling, named David, i keep blocking from my phone but they use different number after that...

The people that use this number have about 12 other phone numbers. I was receiving calls from 4 am until after midnight they change their number and keep calling harassing for months on end

Wanted my IP to 'fix' my computer, it was URGENT!
They did get my last name correct and told that to my wife

Someone from this number keeps ringing my phone.  I do not answer my phone unless I know who is on the other end..  Caller I.D.    They never leave a message.   Caller I.D.is "Unknown Number"   They seem to have a funny way of playing with the ring sequence of your phone.

I received two calls today (in Calgary) - I have two local lines, a few digits apart, so I believe they are using a dialler. When I asked the one woman with the thick Indian accent a few questions, like name of the company? (LV Cloud 9), and where exactly she is located ("Alberta, Calgary"), she actually told me to F-off! And yes, she used the actual F word. Definitely a phishing scam - beware!

I just recieved a call this morning. They asked for Andy Fartburger, I said they had the wrong number. Andy Fartburger is the name I use on a phony email account. So obviously they are dummies working off a list of names.

I also got this call from this number .There is no answer when I picked it up.

I got the same guy, he told me my computer was running unwanted software and I kept asking questions like how would you know what my computer is running? He then proceeded to ask me what keys I can see on my keyboard... he then hung up on me because he could tell I was not gullible

I answered to some indian woman, she asked if I was the owner of my computer. I said yes, then she pretty much demanded that I turn my computer on. I asked who she works for. She ignored it and told me to turn my computer on again because someone "Hacked" my computer. I know for a fact that someone isn't "Hacking" my computer.  I got pissed off and told her that I wasn't going to turn it on unless she told me what company she worked for. She then gave the phone to an Indian sounding man. I asked "Who do you work for?" He said "I work for your computer" Really? You work for my computer? I then told them I was calling the police, where he got pissed and yelled something I couldn't make out, then hung up..

Said he was calling from Microsoft, Long Beach, CA.  Indian accent.  Obvious fraud.

Just hang up.

I got the "Computer 24/7 Tech Support" call today. I know it is best to hand up but this time I asked for their account number. He did the what?!? thing and started on his script again. I said if he didn't have an account number, that was OK we could easily set one up for him. All he needed was some ID or a major credit card. Would he like to set up an account now? He hung up.

Doesn't solve the problem but good for a (mild) chuckle.

Indian accent. Tried to tell me he was from Windows and were receiving error messages from my computer. Told him: ' I don't think so' and hung up. Didn't give him a chance to be rude. Dumba$$!

This number called just before lunch.  I didn't answer as I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.  They did not leave a message.

This f**got called me telling me there's a problem with my windows.. I told him I use a mac... he said no no you use windows there's problem.. i'm like YOU WOT M8.. I'm using a f****ng macbook.. then he went silent for a bit and hung up : ) .

Just called at 2:30pm.

Windows Virus Scam

The# called but I didn't answer as I don't answer those calls not displaying name

Got called this morning and when I called back just got a dial tone

Told me my windows computer was being corrupted and I listened for sometime but when I explained that my windows machine was not a windows machine he got cranky. Then he called me again on my other line. India accent and a it started w a pause and a click.

Windows Virus

Called saying that they are getting an error message regarding moden 78.9 for Windows. Also stated that their Windows customers are important to them. When I told him I didn't use Windows and was on a Mac, he insisted that this Windows virus would cause a problem - I told him not to call again and hung up.

This number has called me at least 6-10 times this week. Just this week! At any hour, really.
I've never picked it up, except once because I never really pick up for numbers I don't know, knowing that they're usually scams if they call me more than once without leaving me a message. But I wanted to talk to whoever it was and tell them to quit calling me. When I picked up, they hung up immediately after. They called me again this morning and I missed it, so I called them back, and it didn't even ring, I just got a dial tone. I can't believe that this has been going on for years. It's annoying, creepy, and out of hand. I mean, look how many people they're victimizing! This is a little ridiculous. I'd make a report, but even if this number gets shut down, you know they're just going to get another one. I'm sure if enough people did it, they would keep more of an eye on whoever is behind this, but until then I'm just going to hope that I get to talk to one of them and give them a piece of my mind. Do they not have better things to do? Especially at 2am. Like come on.

There was lady calling from this number who said she was from Windows Solutions -definite accent-either east Indian or Filipino -and said she was very sorry to inform me my computer had been hacked and that only way to fix was for me to log on and give information to her-asked for her phone number and said I had to call her back as knew it was scam- she gave me bogus number missing a digit-so I told her  I knew she was a fraud and never to call back -she was very rude and basically told me I would be sorry for not getting her assistance-this phone number 403-441-2024 is the one on call display that showed up.
