Called the number 403-538-3894 and got a message saying to leave a message. Still doesn't say who they are or what they do. I say call that number and fill up the voice mailbox. Then maybe they'll get the idea to stop bothering people.

I got it, and picked it up. It was an electronic survey about the upcoming. It was short, and the questions were fairly reasonable -- but I would have really liked to know who had commissioned/sponsored it.
