got 2 charges on my visa from this # don't know how or why

the phone is register to a company name IT Technology

403 614 3307 appeared on my credit card statement as my call from Bell Can Pay phone. I called this number from home and got answer that "customer is not available". When I called for the second time I got the answer that this is Bell Canada service phone. The person on the phone said that he could help me to identify the call if I give him my credit card number. He promised to call me back in an hour and provide information who called using my credit card and from which pay phone. I did not give my credit card number.
