Got a similar call from 403.255.8807.  Nothing wrong with my card but by pressing 9 I could be offered rates as low at 6% on outstanding balances.  There was no other option so I pressed 9, got the East Indian 'gentleman'.  I asked the name of the company he was calling from he said Canadian Banking Services and I said thank you, I'll be reporting you.  He said "Do it".  I said I was going to and he got louder and said "Do it" again.  He was taunting me!  Not impressed...someone has to put an end to this nonsense...

If we want a lower interest rate we can contact out credit card company ourselves, we don't need to be called 5-6 times a day to give our info out over the phone,  hung upon  and / or  Insulted  by employees of a    company that uses an Auto Dialer. Because of companies like the one you work for most of us don't even answer the phone anymore.

And you say we are funny? We are serious as a heart attack.  We are sick & tired of being taken advantage of and are are going to do everything in our power to protect ourselves.

Nor would any reputable company ask you to get secure customer information over the phone.  Are you part of this scam knowingly, or are you being used to steal from others??

I wonder if temployees like you are also exploited by telemarketers -- the company may lie to you about what they have hired you to do.  You MAY think you're offering a genuine break to customers, but the illicit company is in fact using your calls to steal from us.  It is NOT credible that any cc company would offer customers a chance to lower rates.

Lower interest rate department is credit card services which are helping good customers to lower down their interest rates ! what bad in it?
I always get people who abuse me like anything ,they go to south to north pole and do everything to protect themselves. But unfortunately they are not doing it right.

What perception you hold for banks.? Don?t you see Tv , Don?t you read news ,don?t you surf enough to find out about how these banks and interest rates system works.You just swear at person who offers you help a service Y?  You pick phone ,u bang phone, u shout at them, u do wutever it takes to prove ur s*** person  Y and what for?

You can watch other videos which shows how interest rate isnot not only thing bank charges there are transactional charges which are different for different cards and which you never bother to ask about.
About the scams and other stuff , if you recently watched the Tv there was one news that said there are electronic credit card theft .device available on internet 50$ and they can scan ur cards on streets and get your all informations .y the hell person will be bothered to call you and get t.What Iam saying Iam talking on behalf of LTA only!. We all get scam calls you wana verify  test them?..how simple?.

Give them wrong credit card number see if they can verfy, it.
Also give them your interest rate lower then 14% percent , you simply donot qualify.
Then?.
You only qualify if you pay higher then 14 % .Get call back numbers if they see you interested they will give details .We are working professionals like anyone.We get thousands cc everyday but what I do with it nothing , just connect banks verify owing amounts and rates that?s all ,if they qualify we tell them otherwise gud bye??

Well ,it happens people get called who dunt have cc at all ,but there names are in record with banks if not names numbers are, or wrong numbers , exceptions are part of life. Take t easy on marketers ..they ask u but banks dunt ask they take it simply..its high time to think now.

Recieved unsolicited call from this number.

I've got same call from this number today. Tell them f.ck you. After that they call me 3 times. Call display showed "L unknown".

I want to know who is calling.

Got a call from the spoofed number 403-755-8807 and I tried to extract as much information as possible.

The individual said his name was Scott (heavy Indian accent) and said he worked for Visa in the "low interest department". I said I needed to call him back and he gave me a call back number of 1-877-251-4653 (I didn't call it to verify if it even works). He called me back though and wanted to know why I didn't call him and if we could "continue" the credit card verification process. I asked a bunch more questions but didn't get any more useful information, so I interrupted him again and said I would call back.

He hasn't called again, but if he does, I'll let him know the line is being traced :-)

Same A-wholes but when I talked to the "live agent" with an Indian accent they were with my Credit Card company offering me a reduced rate. I managed to waste some of his time until he got frustrated and terminated the call.

I just received I think it's the 6th call today from 403 755 8807. I finally called my provider, if you dial #60 you can block numbers. This is now blocked.

I just got a call from 403-755-8807. Automated voice saying for lower interest rates to stay on the line so I did. He asked for my credit card number. I told the guy to stop calling here or I would call the cops.  He said call the fcking cops. You want the number for the cops here.  He kept on going so I hung up.  I get these calls twice a day.

These a holes call all the time..just tell them to hop on thier f****ng camel and go back to the s*** hole they came from.

this person called and did not leave a message that could be used to call them back.  I just deleted the message.

every day there are like 5-6 calls from this number. when i answer it there is noone at the other end.when someone finally answered at the other end it was a male thick indian accent stating we qualify for lower intrest rates on my visa or mastercard. . God Dam Scammers... should be working to make an honest  living insted of scamming....or go back to thier f****ng countries..

I just got a call.  I was unable to grab the phone at the time and the answering mchine caught it.  message was staticky gibberish so I called back and got the busy signal.  I'm sure it is the same idiots as have been bugging people up this list.

I received a call from this number.  Everyday there are long distance calls that are coming in from this number as well as others, and I believe they are scams.  When I let the answering machine pick up, they did not leave a message.  I wish I could be left alone.
