Received a charge of $2.15 on Visa. I am in Canada and do not know anyone in Florida.

I had a credit card transaction on my bill for 1.13 with the details "Bell Can Payphone 4038511229 FL". A whois search came up with a main company in Alberta, who are running 10 domain names from there.  It seems like fraud, call your credit card company immediately and dispute it.

I have two charges on my credit card for 3.53 each from a Bell Canada payphone in December.  I know that I did not use my card to make any calls to Florida.

I had three other frauds on the same card. I called Citi, they cancelled the card and I got a refund for the whole amount (about 300$).

Someone must use this number from a public phone to verify if the credit card number they stole works. After that, they buy a few things here and there and throw it away.

This is usually associated with a payphone call charged to a credit card. I noticed this number on my credit card statement. That is what it is for.

same thing, same number 3.51$ charged to visa.  CIBC would not help me out.  Told me to phone to Florida and find out who called. Ontario Resident
