This is a total & complete lie. I am at work & we receive anywhere from 5 to 15 calls per DAY from your joke of a scam company & have pressed 9, have spoken to people & told them we are a business & they promptly hang up. From now on, since you have been reported to every authority we can think of we will be setting up appointments at bogus locations so I hope your people have a lot of time & gas money on them because they're about to be scammed back. You steal & clone phone numbers to call from so there is no way you are legit.

I have been on that list 5 months and have received over 100+ calls from this company. Lucky for me I have the last 5 months of my phone record proving this and it is a federal crime so looks like I will own the company so dont worry about anymore calls soon. :)

Eric, If you are a manager of the company that just called me apparently you have no conscience and no ethics.  I have frequently pressed 2 or whatever to have my name removed (besides being on the Do Not Call list).  And, of course, I keep getting the calls.  So, I pressed 1 to talk to someone this time.  I told him (Anthony) very politely to please remove my name from their calling list and he hung up on me.  Who would want to do business with people who behaved that way? NO ONE!  This kind of action takes away all credibility from your company.  I feel sorry for you and anyone who is fooled into doing business with you.  Find a way to hold your head up high and be proud of what you represent.

I have recieved calls from these people for days. As soon as I see it is them, I turn off my answering machine. Then they call over and over and over again. I am on the do not call list as well.... HOW DO I GET THEM TO STOP CALLING?

Send an email to the Attorney General of Georgia, tell him about the dirty language (disgusting!) and ask him to stop the harassment calls from that number! It's really illegal. What if a child answered?

Called back number and recording states not in service.

Received another call this afternoon and filed a complaint.  The called ID has changed from Patricia Wright to Service Call. This was for a security system.   I pressed '1' as instructed for more information as I wanted to blast them for calling me 2 to 3 times a day almost every day.  The phone rang and rang.  I hung up and immediately filed a complaint on the do not call link.  ANNOYING!

Have you not heard about the Do Not Call list? How is it you are calling all of us when we are all registered on that list? By being on the list, we have already said we are NOT INTERESTED! Stop violating the rules and our privacy. STOP CALLING!

I am a manager of this company and we are not a scam if you want us to stop callig you simply answer the phone and press 9 and you will then be removed from the calling list. we do install a security system at no cost so therefore we are not a fraud.

I have this place calling me everday.  I'm on the Do not call list.  I don't know why they are calling.

They keep calling trying to seel me an unwanted security system.   I don't listen long enough to
find out the name of the company.

Says they are calling to install a free home alarm system.  They ask for you to press 1 if you are interested, I did not!

They called at least 3-4 times this week! I let them go to voicemail. They also leave me a message: "Your local police recommend you protect your home. If you will allow us to place a small sign in your yard, we will install a security system free." Press 1 blahblahblah..."Press 9 to be put on our Do Not Call list..." My machine however does not select anything, so the call ends.

I googled the number and of course found tons of comments from other people complaining about these calls. What a scam! Playing on people's fears. shame!

My local police also recommends that I don't fall victim to such scams, so I'll continue to ignore the ringing and let the two machines talk to each other.

Then listen to the call.  Say you're interested.  Arrange for an appointment.  Get someone to come out.  Then bi*** at them in person.  

If it's just a scam, then you waste their time on the phone while they try to pump you to get info.  If it's just a marketing ploy going around the rules, make sure you p****off the guy that comes to your house.  If he's paying for contacts, explain how pissed you are at him when he tells you how pissed he is at you!

MAKING THESE KINDS OF CALLS UNPROFITABLE IS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM!!

Got this call last night.  Left a voicemail that it was a security company wanting to put a sign in my yard to give me a free system.

CallerID said 'Unknown Name'

Called the number that was on the ID today from a secure phone and got a recording that the number is not in service.  HOWEVER, the recording saying not in service didn't sound like any other recording I've ever heard from any phone company.

I recieved a call from 404 213 5512 today, but didn't answer as I figured it was a marketer.  I'm trying a new tact with these people that call over and over.  If I'm not busy, I try to keep them on the the line as long as I possibly can.  With the "bank card services" people this isn't too hard having them wait while I am supposedly looking for my credit card statement, etc.  I kept them on for probably 20 minutes before they figured out I wasn't interested in anything but wasting their time.

If it costs them time, which translates possibly to money, to call me, maybe they will stop.

I got a similar call this evening.  When I told the (ghetto) male operator I was reporting the number to the FCC, he called me an f*ing c***.  I did file the complaint with the FCC for 1) using a recorded message, and 2) for our being on the do not call list.  We shall see.

Today I got a call from 404-213-5512 and my caller ID said it was "Patricia Wright". I answered and got a prerecorded message talking about the FBI and crime in my area or some crap. I hung up pretty quick. Then, I called the number back but I got a message saying the number "I dialed was was out of service".
How do you stop this from happening if the number isn't real?
Also how are they able to do this?

If you want to catch this person (or people), make a complaint to your phone company, request a trap on your line, and ask their procedures for catching the criminal(s).  They have the capability of tracing the calls to the originating party, regardless of what the CID reads.  They may need to work with another carrier or 2, and hopefully law enforcement, but this is illegal and needs to be stopped.
