Same thing happened to me. Msg said they were to serve me papers from another party and wanted to schedule a time. What process server does that? She called me by a wrong name. Gave me a case number that means nothing to me and wanted a call back. Perhaps this is a new way to get people to make the call back, then they have a valid number to sell. Hmmmm.

Calling several of my family members wanting to  deliver papers.  My number hasn't changed so why not call me?  Nobody calls to serve you papers, they show up because they already have the information!!

They called my parents who I haven't lived with in over 27 years to serve me with papers.  Won't give any other information though.  They won't give me their address or what it is about.  FRAUD

called my work and left voice mail saying he was Mike Thompson a currier from PCS with court documents he should be getting tomorrrow from the law firm who hired him to serve me and wanted me to call  today to schedule a time to deliver the documents to my home or work whichever is stated on the documents when he receives them because they have to be delivered in my home county.

Seems odd he could schedule a time when he does not know what was put on the documents yet

I got this call too.  And a friend of mine just got one looking for me.

They have a summons for me and that they have been to my house and will be coming to my job with a police officer to serve me papers for a court date.

A friend of mine got a call last evening and stated they had her number as a reference for my daughter - they were looking for her to give her a summons.......So incredibly weird, because 1. my daughter would NEVER use this person as a reference & 2. they called late last night!  My daughter said that she had the same thing happen to her last year & that it is a scam.

I got a call from this number and they are threating to come to my house to serve my husband I'm really scared as I don't know what this is about,  the same guy called my husband's phone and left a message saying the same thing,  he left a different number for him to call but I looked up that number and it doesn't even come up anywhere.  I don't know what to do.

if someone is going to deliver you a summons, they do NOT call to book an appointment.  Your sister or who ever else reads this, there's NO ONE after you.  They are trying to scare you into paying them some bizarre amount of money with the hopes of getting your credit card or bank card so they can empty your accounts into their off shore, pakistani, istanbuli, what ever country is harboring the criminals.

My sister got a vmail with the same info for me....sooo weird please let me know if one of you figures it out!

So did I. I called and they called themselves ACP. I think they were lying but I haven't found their info.

Don't know why, person on the line stated had a summons and that I needed to be home tomorrow for it?? Not sure where he got the number and why they are calling me?? I think it is a fraud caller!!!
