I just got a phone message from this number and they gave me a different call back number. I asked her why she was calling. When the woman a MS. SMITH answered the phone she said "INVESTIGATIONS" Who answers the phone like that? I knew it was a scam right away because she never said before I go any further this is a call from a debt collector and any information obtained will be used to collect the debt...." She told me I had two outstanding fraud charges for not paying two different payday loans. One for a loan taken out for $700 from a BMG and another for a loan taken out  also from BMG for $1000. I told her there was NO way it was me. She even had my social security number wrong. I told her I some identity theft last year and maybe it was them. She asked me if I filled out a police report. I said no - I asked her if she had any info that she could fax me that I could review with my attorney. She said she supposedly had paperwork (yea right) and that she could SEND it to me in the mail. I told her to do that and then I would review it with my attorney and we would go from there. This is like the third or fourth attempt I have gotten from someone trying to collect money for BMG....I would be very surprised if I get something in the mail.

I just got a call saying I was going to be locked up for check fraud mean wile I never rite a bad check and never had a bank account I want them to stop calling my number

TODAY MR. JACKSON CALLED MY FATHER. I AM SO PISSED. THERE HAS TO BE SOME WAY TO STOP THESE PEOPLE.

Today I also got a call from this # from a man named Mr. Jackson. He said he was a mediator and that someone was going to come to my place of employment. He left a message saying to call him immediately.

Today i just sent this company $600,00 I am  feeling sick  cant tell my wife about thisK

I also received a call from this number saying he is Mr. Jackson and he also threatened me with court and attorney fees and I simply was trying to explain to him that if I owed any money please send me a detailed bill to my current address he became very annoyed, as did I, and he was very mentally abusive.  He ended-up "terminating" the call and has since called back 3 times.  I called the company he said I was in collections with and they told me it was fraud.  I filed a report there and I also called my State Representative and filed a report.  I feel sorry for the elderly because I can see how they can be intimidated by these jerks! Beware people!

I got a call from this Luna guy saying that I had a loan that was unpaid. I had paid it and it was only 300.00 I was late paying so they turned it over. I paid it off in 2 months and a year later this guy calls saying that I would be taken before the court of my county for Fraud. I was like no sir I have only had one loan and I have it paid off. I had to go to my bank and get my statements from them showing the deposit and the 3 payments that paid it off I blacked out my account number and all other info. Yet today he calls again saying I owe 1000.00. What can we do???  This is not right!!!

I called the number and let Mr. Malone know that I was aware that this was a scam and not to call my house again.  He called me back to say that people are saying this but it was not true and tried to give me a number.  I would not take it.  He said he was only doing his job and that my girls was the one that was doing wrong and getting into some messed up stuff.  I do not have two girls.  Please do not give this man any information on your family members or yourself.  Why would the court or police call someone to deal with a person that is doing something wrong when they could just arrest the person and take them to court.

Just received a call from this Malone looking for my daughter and her husband saying that he had received information from the county that we live in.  He stated that they could call him or have their attorney contact him.  They had been calling her job three or four times daily then they start calling her home and now they are calling my home.

I received a call from this number today.  He said his name was "Malone".  The person reported he was looking for ____  _____, who is my son.  He told me he is an investigator and he is wanted for fraud and will be indicted soon if he doesn't reach him.  I took his number and the name "Malone" and told him I would get a hold of my son.  I have delivered the message to my son, but have not yet heard from him.  I went out to the Internet and started seeing these stories...I think he is being scammed...this really pisses me off!

This company called Tolim/Luna to my place of employment with abusive calls, saying it pertains to check fraud. I do not have a checking account. Need to stop these calls.
