Ms. Williams also called me. about 10000 times. I just disregard the call and ignore. It is a payday loan collections. I was fooled by these kind of people once before and they scammed me out of over $700. DO NOT Send ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE or give than any personal information!!!

i just got contacted by a ms. williams who left me a message stating that i committed theft and that i need to call back asap or they would refer to fort bend county for criminal charges. i looked up the law for texas and it states Under Texas law, a lender cannot pursue criminal charges to collect on a debt. Also, a payday loan lender is limited as to how many times a loan can be renewed. Currently under Texas law, lenders are allowed to renew a payday loan one time each month.
i never even took out a payday loan so i really dont know why i keep getting the calls.

O course, you will get calls from Collectors  -   If you borrows money ,  by rights - you need to PAYBACK!      IF, it was said in in the contract, you do NOT have to pay back this loan, then you don't!!

I recieved a call from this number. I did  not answer and shortly after my mother called me and told me that an investagator upchurch was calling me and I needed to call before they pressed charges. I called and spoke with "Michelle Upchurch" and asked her the purpose of her call... She gave me the run down and told me I needed to pay Ms Jones in order to get the charges against me dropped and she was not going to send me anything in writing... After I told her she was full of it and if she didn't hurry up and come up with some correct information that the TX attorney general was going to hear about this she hung up on me. After she hung up I called her back... She told me she was going to press harassment charges on ME!

I have received 2 calls from a Ms Clark from the MLA Corporation.  I had a payday loan a while back, it went into collections, I paid it off through a legitimate debt collector.  I faxed the MLA a copy a letter stating that this debt was paid, and now I receive another call saying that there are a couple of things that don't match up....Glad I found this site.  I am blocking this number and calling the agency I first dealt with.

I received a call from a Miss Williams MLA or NLA corp for alleged theft of good and services.  She did not state who the "theft" was from.  She did give me a reference number of BMGN3028 and a call back number of 404-991-6868.  She said if I didn't call back this would be refered to the Cascade County courts.  I called them requesting their information to include: address, fax number, company information, web address, who the loan was from, and when it was deposited.  Payday loan borrowers in the state of Montana are safe, as Montana payday loan laws strictly prohibit lenders from taking any criminal action against those who are not paying their debt on the set due date.  Check your laws, but if you do owe and they are legit, pay the debt, keep records, and if the harassment continues, take appropriate legal actions to stop it.  They have been know to give personnal and confidential information to other people in attempt to bully or intimidate you.

I just paid these people 600 dollars over a months time and was told by Jonathan Biggs that I would be arrested. I was also told that I would be receiving and email stating that my account was paid in full and so far no response. I have been calling them and have left messages and they refuse to return my phone calls. WTH?

A man named Jonathan Biggs called me today saying there is a complaint in my name. with a BMG ref#. PHONY AND FAKE.

These people call me and i report them to the maryland commissioner of financial and she advise that is is illegal to collect on a payday loan in maryland and i gave her all of there information and she told me to close out my acct so that they would take any money and it come to find out the 50.15 cnts that they took was never put thro, but i still close out my acct.you are correct look at your laws of each state is different. so if you live in maryland they can not correct on a pay day loan if you do not pay it bck.so this company is a scammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....

I GAVE THEM MY BANK INFORMATION BECAUSE I DID HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN AND THEY KNEW MY ADDRESS AND SS AND BANK INFORMATION

DDD.....do not give them any info its a scam you do not get arrested for a civil matter and only the mv or a judge can suspend your license

Mr Biggs call and Said that I was going to jail if i did not take care of these payday loans and they were going to suspend my license and some lady got on the phone and said how much do i valve my freedom and if i did not take care of this debit that i would be arrested.she wanted my cc number so that she can debit the money off and that i would be getting a email from that office.

Got a call from some inspector regarding check fraud related to some person I don't know. Told them to stop calling. Hopefully they will. The number is traced to some outsourcing firm called Revenue Garden in Atlanta, Ga.

I recieved a call from my daughter who said somebody by the nmae Mr Biggs called her and left a message for me to call him at 404-228-2517. So i called and blocked my number he anwsers Biggs here i asked what is this about he says let me verify some information and started by asking is the last 4 numbers of my SSN xxxx i told him no and he hangs up.
