just g0t a missed call on my cell from these guys myself

Calls all the time trying to sell me a warranty on my car - isn't this illegal??  Someone help!

I just write the number down then when I am on a web site that ask for my phone number I give em this one.

Has anyone tried an alternate means of reaching Teresa Haynes, say, by mail, to let her know her number is being used fraudulently?

Called me at 2:15 pm today, but i was napping and missed the call.  They call my home number on a regular basis as well, always saying it's the "last call."  When i answered the last time, i told them if i heard from them again, i would start logging calls and report them for harassment.  Now they're calling my cell phone.

i think i will ask them next time if Teresa Haynes knows they're using her number.  Luckily, my cell, unlike my home, has caller ID and logs time of calls.

I googled this number, too, and came up with the same info (Theresa Haynes in Atlanta, GA.)  Sounds like it could be LOTS of fun to answer this one; I have a vehicle over 7 years old with over 160,000 miles on it!  I hope Teresa Haynes is not getting charged for these calls!

They called me about my warranty expiring...final call...for 6 months! I pressed 1 to talk to an agent and a Debra came on the line asking my car info, I told her she should have it since they have been hassling me for months. She asked me if I wanted to be removed from the list and before I had a chance to say yes, she hung up on me! THANKS DEBRA! When I called the number back it said that it was disconnected. I have been hassled at my home and now my cell phone...enough is enough!

Caller did not leave vm. But it looks like the scam continues.

Ditto. This is so annoying. My phone is not attached to any car. "Second notice." I also got a call from 323-581-3046 a week or so ago. Anyone else? perhaps it's the same list, who knows.

Called regarding warranty insuarnce for my car.  I love seeing how quickly I can piss off the sales person.  I especially enjoy handing the phone to my 3 year old; funny thing is most of the time they won't hang up for over a minute!  It actually makes my day :) - fun games...

I just got a call...as soon as I pick up automated message coming up..disconnected the call

Got a call on my cell phone, didn't recognize the area code and didn't pick up the call.

I got this today at 2:30PM PST. A message is left that I haven't checked.

This is a scam!!!  This is for a car warranty "about to expire" although they are phishing ... they can't tell you what car, what year, what warranty they are calling on. They are not connected with any manufacturer or legitimate warranty company.  You have to sign up over the phone or they claim you lose your right to the warranty.  It's bullsh*t.

Yeah, someone called me from this number as well when I was at work.  Didn't know who it was until I found this page, so thanks.  I thought it was my ex's baby momma wanting to start something.

I received this call several time on my cell phone at work.  Each time the message tells me this is my 2nd notice.  How many 2nd notices do they give?  My last count is at least 5 or 6.  I pressed 2 to have them remove me from their list.  Let's see if that will happen.

My child recieved call from this number on his cell phone.  He didn't answer.  Call received on 8-21-08 at 2:39 PDT.

No ID so you don't know who's calling. Against the law if you're a solicitor. I pressed the number 2 to get to a real person. (It's against the law to call and then not answer the call). FINALLY (after about 20 rings, I've got time.. really) a man answered asking me for the make, model and year of my car. I said I'd gladly talk to him about it if he'd tell me the name of his company and he promptly hung up. Not identifying the company that's calling is also against the law. How do I know this? I've already contacted the FCC and it's in their information.

Ive been called by this number 5 times already and they say its the last call you are gonna get about a expiration on your car waranty.  i tried to tell them to take me off of there call list but the actual guy who answered when i pushed 1 hung up on me when i asked him to remove me from his call list.

I had this company call me about once a month. The one time i answered it was some freaking idiot telling me he got my number from my car warranty and that was expired or going to expire. I told him i had an extended warraty that lasted for 10 years or 100k miles so what car was he talking about? he was fishing for any info i would give him yet he couldnt confirm anything. I told him to remove and effe off. They continue to call. I was thinking of ordering the insurance then going to the place of biz to cancel it face to face as well as give them a peice of my mind and possibly let him hear a song called smack my b***h up...with him being my b***h at this point.
