cvs call supposedlly, actually telemaketer phishing for personal info, reported them to state police as they wanted ss# and more.

Oh my goodness, that was the stupidest robocall ever. "If you want to keep spending too much by going to the pharmacy, press 1. If you want to save money, press 2." I chose the only sensible option: I hung up.
That system must have been designed by the folks who put together those political "push polls", you know, when a robot asks "Press 1 if you want to destroy the country with [opposition's awful plan], press 2 to protect yourself from [perceived mortal threat]".
My opinion of CVS/Caremark just dropped a notch... and I thought I was on the bottom notch already. Guess they carved another one just for me. :/

CVS Caremark calling to ask if I want to receive medicine in the mail. No, I don't. If I did, I would let them know.
They say it's cheaper, no, some of the medicine we take is cheaper at the pharmacy.

this is CVS caremark. If your insurance prescription coverage is connected with them they will call you to give you information. My husbands insurance company does use cvs caremark. Need to check with your health insurance company weather they are connected or not. Our insurance cards have caremark on them.

They leave a message and ask me to call back when I do they want me to give them my birthday, but I do not know who they are nor why they are contacting me. There is not a promt or any way for me to get to a person.
