Someone calls from 404-381-1629 and claims to be Kaiser. They know my name and they say it is regarding important insurance coverage. They asked yes/no questions and I answered "no".Just saw this post as the call appeared false.

Someone calls from 404-381-1629 and claims to be Kaiser. They know my name and they say it is regarding important insurance coverage. They ask me to call 877-249-9081. I called Kaiser directly using the number on the back of the card and they have had several complaints about the same thing. Beware, this is not Kaiser! Do not call either of these numbers!!

So I called them back at 877 249 9081. But I called from my CELL phone, not the home phone.
A machine asked me to dial my home phone (which I did) and at the same second I got a call from "OUT OF AREA" at my home phone number. I did not pick it up.
Beware. I think it is a scam..

a computuerized chick says they're from Kaiser Permanente and have information on a medical claim. A computerized chick asked using my real name and then asked more yes/no insurance information questions. I kept saying "operator" or "human" or "c***sucker" and pressed zero and the # sign and each time was placed in the same computerized loop. I think this is a scam call trying to get personal information. Beware. I will contact kaiser permanente tomorrow to verify.
