8/2/12 @ 10:50 AM received call from automated female voice offering to reduce my credit card rates. Caller ID said the call was from "Georgia". I hung up before the "pitch" was completed.

Caller did not leave a message. Came from Atlanta, GA area .
Suspect it was a telemarketer or a scam .

Left a voicemail message stating "for reduced interest rate on my account, press one to speak with a live person or press 9 to delete my number from their records".

Received a call from this number which left a voicemail message stating "for reduced interest rate on my account, press one to speak with a live person or press 9 to delete my number from their records". The company making the phone call was cut off at the beginning of the message so can't identify it. This is probably a scam because I received another phone call just minutes after this one leaving the same, identical voicemail message from Albany, VT.
