Cashnet-usa calling to offer payday loans. Called non-stop I finally gave up and answered and told them I had no idea what they were talking about and the foreigner said ok and hung up. They finally stopped calling.

IF you are on the Do Not Call lists they are supposed to remove your number; good luck.
I entered my own message; a male voice (deep) and tell them they and their company are elegible for prosicuson. It works. I don't answer the phone, they get my message and never call again.

I have been repeatedly called by this number over the past couple of days. I lost count of how many times they have called. Every time I answer I get no response.
danger 2013-12-27 22:13:50 Unknown
some people will pay it because they have more money now and you don't know why they have bad credit maybe they got in a bind and couldn't pay there bills and some people is not able to work at all must less 2 jobs so just take your 2 jobs and shove them where the sun don't shine. if those sites is where all this comes from then why are you here if you don't go on them to borrow money. just don't talk about something you don't even know anything about.

this number has been calling me all day, let me see, I am at 4 calls from this number and it isn't even noon yet, plus 13 other calls from numbers I have never seen (out of state numbers), and no one leaves a message. All the out of state numbers have no info online, why is my phone ringing off the hook today? It is a number I don't give out to bill collectors either. I am so annoyed. Yesterday I got about a half dozen emails about payday loans I "applied for", which I have not done. now today the phone won't stop ringing.... I am so annoyed. It is my cell and cannot figure out how to block these numbers....

The Federal Trade Commission has announced updated fees starting on October 1, 2013, for telemarketers accessing phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry.
All telemarketers calling consumers in the United States are required to download the numbers on the Do Not Call Registry to ensure they do not call those who have registered their phone numbers. The first five area codes are free, and organizations that are exempt from the Do Not Call rules, such as some charitable organizations, may obtain the entire list for free. Telemarketers must subscribe each year for access to the Registry numbers.
The access fees for the Registry are being increased as required by the Do?Not?Call Registry Fee Extension Act of 2007. Under the Act?s provisions, in fiscal year 2014 (from October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014), telemarketers will pay $59, an increase of $1, for access to Registry phone numbers in a single area code, up to a maximum charge of $16,228 for all area codes nationwide, an increase from the previous maximum of $15,962. Telemarketers will pay $1 more per area code for numbers they subscribe to receive during the second half of the 12?month subscription period, for a total of $30 per area code.
For consumers who want to add their phone number to the Registry, registration is free and DOES NOT EXPIRE.
The Commission vote authorizing publication of the Federal Register notice announcing the new fees was 4-0. (FTC File No. P034305; the staff contact is Ami Dziekan, Bureau of Consumer Protection, 202?326?2648)

Began with "We are helping people with high interest payday loans....you have an outstanding payday loan, correct?" When I said "NO!" he hung up. How do these people get my cell number?????

To add to your point --- there are many people making complaint here about getting very aggressive and illegal calls for "Pay Day Loans" they did not ever take out. One common characteristics of many of these people is that they report making inquiries about PDLs on line, but never taking them out. So, your information may end up in the hands of criminals
shun 2013-12-21 17:03:55 Unknown
The company is a scam stay off line getting pay day loans the money sounds good i don't care if they are legit loans remember you got pay them back job or no job .and if don't have the in the bank these companys pay day loans all legit loans will draft your checking account money or no money.so just get a another job to get the money.
shun 2013-12-21 16:52:53 Unknown
People what wake up if your credit that bad you can walk in to a office at home and get a loan to make monthly payments on .I think best you don't get a loan and get second job to get extra because a true loan company is not going to let have the money because they know you are not going to pay them back when they know your credit is bad and your debt ratios so, high you can't afford to pay them back . So get a second job make extra money and owe nobody .i work 2 jobs get out and get.and they make double off you and be owing them 3 to 5 yrs on a small loan
amanda 2013-12-20 21:39:27 Unknown
They've called about 8 times in one day already and when answered there's no one there or they say that I'm approved for a loan that I never applied for.
Mike 2013-12-20 20:30:41 Unknown
Ditto here for both callers.
ScammersGalore 2013-12-20 15:46:57 Unknown
Caller says, "Hi, my name is Chris and I'm calling you on a recorded line - how are you doing today." I told him "I'm fine and he can take his recorded call and call somebody who gives a #$%^&&&."
So far he hasn't called back until this morning. I did not answer, but I'm going to block the number. Sick of the BS and there's just way too much of it going on. My cell phone has reached it's capacity and I cannot block anymore numbers unless I remove one or more that's already blocked. Well guess what - cell phone is off and when I want to make a call I will turn it on. No more leaving it on. I hate all of those good for nothing jerks.
Mike 2013-12-20 15:23:48 Unknown
Called and said they call was being recorded and that I was approved for my loan I have applied for. I have never applied for a loan in the past 6 months..
