I always getting collector calling because they are SOOO lazy to find the right phone number. They assume that the number they call is the person who in dept WRONGE. We ARe NOT In-Dept we do not owe anyone to the point of collection. See my dumb step son use our address and we are emergency contact ONLY not FOR BILL COLLECTION . I still get calls after we on a NO CALL list
I also have received 2 calls from this number ... almost back to back.... It was on my cell phone at that... This is plain and simple harassment for my apparent reason...

Person called me on my cell phone. Asked for me. I am at work, in a cube. I asked for identification. She gave me her name as Yolanda Strickland. I told her I was at work and this was my cell, please identify better than that. She started yelling, said she did identify herself and asked if I was me. I told her I did not know her and would hang up if I did not get better identification. She yelled again and I hung up. As soon as I could find a room with some privacy, I did a recall on the incomming number, she answered and I asked for the name of the company - she said it was NCS. I asked for an address, she gave me P.O. Box 312125, but would not give me the city or statge, wanted to know who I was. I insisted on knowing the city and state, she hung up on me. I called back, she told me to stop calling and hung up. I called back and got her voice mail. Company is National Credit Systems. They are located in Atlanta Georgia. Physical address is 3800 Camp Creek Pkwy SW Suite 110. They are not supposed to call cell phones without permission of the person that has the number, federal law. They are not supposed to bother you at work, also federal law. I had to find out who they were by doing research.
