Mrs Wright Called again today I called her told her this is not Randall's number
She asked for my number so she can remove it and got snotty,I said no need to get snotty I said I was not upset, but you change tone as soon as I said not Randall's number.
She hung up before I could give her my number.
I called back and got her answering machine. I Left a message stating this is not Randall's number and you called me on July 12th as well. I said quit calling me. I called back again hoping I could Talk to her in person. I kept getting answering machine and gave up after several attempts.

Very very rude. I speak to Contessa. She is not nice, she wouldn't care if you were dead. I do not answer any more or talk to her.

She's a credit collector named 'Julia' with a company called NCS and she's absolutely a terrible human being who will 'tune you out' (her words) if you try to talk to her about your situation.

I spoke to a lady by the name of Ms Wright and she was wonderful. She explained my charges and helped me pay my bill. I was even able to get my paid in full letter faxed so I could sign a new lease. She is the best!!!

OK!NEVER EVER talk to Ms.Right!she is supervisor.I am pregnant and she gave me so much stress.she is the worst human being i ve ever dealed with.She was incredible rude and hang up on me like i am a little kid!just terrible

Received a call. Woman's voice asking for my adult son. I called him, and he has never heard of NCS the caller ID name on my phone.

Recieved a call from this number. It was a woman's voice on the voicemail message. She actually said my brother's name and said her name was Ms. Wright. Shen then said the number "800". I told my brother about it and he said he received the same call
