Exact same situation for me. I don't know how they got my phone number and information. My lawyer certainly doesn't work with them and it was weird that he knew all this stuff and was definitely nervous to identify himself! Identity thief? I don't know, but sooooo sketchy!

Got a call from these people, it was a man checking up on my recent automobile accident which I did not report to my insurance company or doctor; I asked repeatedly who had informed him of my accident and he answered with a question as to weather the police had responded to the accident. He said he was from the Wellness Group, and they are a group of doctors who make sure people receive care after accidents. Totally sketchy, seemed nervous to identify himself or explain, I believe that they are an ambulance chaser.
