What can I do to get my money back . I was told I would be guaranteed a loan amount for 7 k if I gave a deposits.. paid the better business..... then attorney fees plus western union fees.. I am struggling and a single parent. I need help. I need my money back..

Got the same Richard Jones, Green Payday thing. He was very pushy, not answering my questions, but kept repeating, "Do you want the loan or not?" Finally, I told him I wanted a million dollars. At this point, I knew it was most definitely a scam, so I was just playing around a bit.

Just got calls from this # today. It is someone who claims to be Richard Jones with Green Payday Loans responding to my request for a loan. Figured they were scammers, but was a bit unsettled as to how they got my name/number and the fact that Green Payday appears to be an actual company.

This guy Richard Jones called, informing me he is calling from Green Payday Loans. He stated I was approved for $1500-$5000 loan, so I said ok...I'll take a $5000 and what is the requirements. He said all I need to do is pay back $534 a month for 12 months which means for $5000, I have to pay back $6400. So I said what a bargain, what's the next step? He said his company must verify I have $534 to pay back, so I asked him how do I provide him the info, he stated thru paypale. I did not do what he said because somehow he got all my info and if i provided him the paypale info, he'll have enough of my personal info to withdraw that money. Please be careful.

I have gotten several calls in one day from this same number and saying the same thing.....

I got  a call from this number several times in one day. Telling me that he was from a law firm, and name was Arron White. I hung up on him cause he would not give me any information. Then he called back and said I need to get a lawyer. That there was a lawsuit filed agganst my ssn. He said he was calling from the state legislature office. He threatened me and said I had six days to contact him back. This man had a very heavy middle eastern accent and I could barley understand the message......What do I do???

Aaron claiming to be with the state legislature office continues to call my cell phone and my work.  he says that i will be getting papers from the sherriff ...i called the number back and got the same run around from him on the phone..i told him i would contact my personnal lawyer and he hung up on my.

i continue to received calls from 40446324924.  Aaron claiming to be with the state legislature and is a lawyer..he states that he has my social security number and that the sherriff will be bringing me papers.  he states that i need to appear at the court house..when i questioned him and told him i would contact a lawyer he hung up on me

I got a call from 404-462-4924 this morning at 9:30 from a man named John Watson who told me I was facing 3 "very serious criminal charges" brought forth by "a company"...which he would never identifiy. I have spent the last 6 hours trying to find out what this man was talking about. He had my full  SS, the last 5 digits of my checking accountand told me in no uncertain terms I "would pay for my crimes"!!! OMG!! I haven't committed any crimes! After he spent 20 minutes screaming at me to make sure I couldn't question him sufficiently about "the company" he had the nerve to lhang up on me!! I am just astounded at this. I have called him several times, he has refused my calls, my mother has called him and he hung up in her face. I just wonder how many people expierence something like this on a daily basis... Is is a scam, a con game, legit?? did someone highjack my info?? how do I even know??

Got a call from this number saying I had a lawsuit complaint and if I did not return the call that a warrant would be issued for my arrest. They are calling from Atlanta, GA while I live in PA. The person who left the message was "Atty Richard Johns" and I ended up speaking to "Atty John Watson". I called after reading these posts. The odd thing is that these guys are from India or somewhere and would not have name like Richard or John. They said they were calling from the State Legislation Bureau. I tried to find their names and company online with no success. I did get them to give me their address: 3121 Pantherwill Rd Atlanta GA 300834 (I may have one too many zeros but that's what it sounded like he said and if it was it's one digit too many). I was told that the complaint was filed by Cash Advance USA and I did not fulfill my loan obligation. I NEVER received any loan let alone from them. I requested the proof they had that it was my loan and I was refused that and Cash Advance USAs address and phone number. I was told that I needed an attorney to obtain the information which is false because it is MY information and I am able to represent myself. He said I needed to fill out a form at the sheriffs office to be able to represent myself lol. Kept trying to hang up on me when I started asking all these questions and said asked why I am worried about their information rather than the "situation" I'm in. I asked who he is getting paid by and he said he assumed the federal government ... first of all it's supposed to be STATE legislation and he initially said he ASSUMED. Plus, attorney's don't get paid by the government for these complaints. They would either be getting paid by the plaintiff or the defendant. I could go on for awhile but I ended the call requesting that him, anyone on his team or in his department, or anyone in the company better not call my house or cell phone again or I will be pressing harrassment charges. I was in the middle of telling him it was bull and a scam but he hung up on me. He basically tried to scare me with all he was saying. He tried to make me feel stupid like I had no idea how the legal system worked but I think he started to know better cuz of all my questions and comments.

Claim to be an attorney office and that I owed a debt that I do not owe

Claimed to be an attorney name John Watson saying I owe money to some company that I never heard of. When I called back saying I call the BBB be got rude and kept hanging up on me. Told him I would be calling the police in GA in his area to report this so they could trace his number and he told me they would block my phone number from calling them. But he an attorney trying to collect money yea right go kill yourself and stop preying on people.

Definitely a scam and as stated whoever believes that it's not has to be included with them. I know who and what I owe out. It's unfortunate that we have people that set up business to try to take from hard working people And all they need to do is just get a real job!!!! Ive actually spoke with a police officer and was told to get as much info that I could and report these companies. They unfortunately are not the only ones beware and of ones that's posting to back them up. SCAM!!!!!
