This is total harassment on the part of this business! No purpose for the call to consumers. Instead of writing a complaint. Tell people to stop this call besides reporting and entering national stop call, paying for a call block service...or it that the purpose?......get their call'g service! Which I wont do! There are too many complaints against this number for FCC not to do something!!!

They keep calling my phone

of course they are a scam.  If they knew English they would never take that job. They're probably just reading from a script. bunch of jerks. If we can figure out where they are we should go there and cut their phone lines so those  auto dialers will stop dialing random phones in the area so they can spread their lies.

The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act does not prohibit collectors from calling on a Sunday. That might be the Sabbath for some of you, but it isn't for all. It is a Federal law and, as such, distinctions are prohibited. Back when I worked skip tracing, there would be a call for volunteers to work one Sunday a month. It really angered the folks who felt they were home free from picking up a collection call on Sunday and the cussings, ironically, I experienced on those Sundays were by far the worst. I was accused of breaking the law and threats of litigation were common. None ever materialized.

This is a debt collection agency.. Credit Management Corp.

They call me every day. I also just received a notice from them stating that they want to negotiate down my debt and the offer will expire in 45 days. The notice didn't state who the creditor was and I know for a fact that I don't owe any money to anybody. I have a phone that blocks unwanted calls and I never have to talk with them and never will because this is bogus and probably a scam.

this number calls my cell constantly, this cell is a number i only give to family and friends, no business contacts at all. this number never leaves a message, i'm not someone that whines about sleep so i don't care what time a person calls, intelligent people wouldn't call at the hours these folks do.  i make a rule, never answer a number that doesn't send a name.  i have answered this one to see why they burn up my cell, the lady was speaking very bad english with a heavy hindi accent.  i couldn't understand her, and i told her to remove my number from their list, she said okay (I wasn't nice) but it's still ringing my phone.  if i call it, no one answers.  calls range from 7 am to 10:45 at night, weekends are fair game and i've even gotten up in the a.m. to find they'd dialed my cell in the middle of the night.  never a message, not once.  

Wednesday night 8:18 pm no message. Ii have been getting these phone calls all the time. I do not want them anymore.

Sun. eve. 8:30.  No message.

Just so you know. They are not allowed to call you after 8 pm. Whether if you owe them money or not. That is the law. Also they cannot contact you on a national holiday either. Report them if you can. Record all calls by date and time and whether you spoke to them or not. This will give you ammo to have them prosecuted. Good luck.

I am in collections and I will tell you if they are collecting on a debt they are only suppose to call you once per number that they have for you or any family members that they have per day. They are not suppose to call you if you ask them to stop per law regardless if they have the wrong number or if you do actually owe them something. It is your right exercise it!

They do call everyday including Sunday and never leave a message.

This number calls every weekend.

Caller was Indian and I could not understand a word she said. Thinking that it may have been Credit Management but not 100% sure. Told them to take number out. I hate it when people call me and I can't understand a damn word they say. I will not talk to them. I will just say wrong number!

I am too upset that the line has been crossed when these mofu's call on Sunday with their BS!!!!. They did not leave a voicemail.

Wow, just wow. They call almost everyday, even weekends. Complained to FCC - Do not call list. No affect what so ever. So much for our tax dollars at work.

Unwanted call

These a*holes called my house at 9:45 pm on a Friday night. I ignored to see if they would leave a voicemail message, but they did not. smdh

Call almost every day, to a business phone. Called on a Friday evening at 6 PM. WTF.

I got  this number call me after I got some scumbag with this 832-910-4967 from  Cell Phone TX. I texted that scumbag from to stop calling me and I told that scumbag they have been blocked.

I reported their dumb a***s to my pals at the FBI.  Once the FBI contacts them, I never hear from them again.

Called back and it said 'Thank you for calling credit management"

Looks like quite a few calls from this number today in the local area. No message left when I let it go to voicemail.

I let this one go to voice mail.
