I recevied a call from this number 404-492-7988 today from a Mr. Coleman saying he was with Trident Firm.  He was calling for my husband, saying that he (my husband) was the point of contact listed for some woman I have never heard of, and that he needed him to call back as soon as possible.  I'm glad I looked up this number and found it is nothing but a scam.  It irritates me that decent people are being harassed and scammed by these criminals.

I called this man back and his number was under a different name than Mr. Coleman. I asked him to state his business I asked him what was his purpose for contacting me, he stumbled with his words, I was very angry that he called my home and upset my family by trying to scam us. he said he was from the trident firm, I expressed that he has been reported, told him he is a scam artist, that he has been looked up and to never call my home again, he has been warned. So if anyone reading this gets a call from a number they do not know with a name that does not match that number, just delete their message and report them as I have done.

this guy just called my house and left a very threatening message, don`t know who they are, or how they got my name or number, he said his name was Mr. Coleman, saying it was imperative I contact him back immediately that it was in my best interest to do so. so statement of intent. whatever that means, Has anyone else received a message from this same guy. he doesn`t specify  what its in regards to or what company he is from, but I can hear a bunch of operators in the background calling people as well.  

I also bought a vacation package from them.  The vacation was real promotion and we took the vacation in May to Florida and the Bahamas.  It was great.  My problem is that along with the package we bought we were given a trip to puerta vallarta and that is what I am trying to arrange.  I also cannot get any response from anyone.  It is very frustrating.  The number I used to make my reservations is 407-391-7574.  they were very helpful with all my arrangements.

It's a scam, i bought a package and the company no longer exists and none of the numbers work they are either discinnected or belong to a different company.

Also got scammed .. Working with the bank to get my money back..if its to good to be try then it Probably is! I fell for it a poor persons answer to a nice family vacation. They sure know how yo get a lore a person in .. Ashame there are people in the world like this!

I bought a vacation package from this company and I cannot get anyone to answer at the reservation number.  I need to know if this is a scam so I can call a lawyer.

I was also scammed on this and the company went bankrupt. Not only that, but I got charged again by a new company that is supposed to be taking over the travel business. NOT a happy camper. New number for this company is 407-341-8346 Good Luck!

Was the bank able to get her money back? Because I bought the same thing and they don't exist so I am trying to get my money back and idk how

My mother received an A4 envelope from them today, came registered post with sixteen dollar postage paid.  That was all about a vacation package details.  Looked very convincing,frightened her to death as she is 90.  I don't know they got her address but she was scammed on the phone in early December and the money taken from her Bank account was in dollars.  I suspect this was something too do with this perhaps.  We went to see her Bank with her regarding this, however I wonder whether to give this paperwork to them?

Do you know if they are a real company, I can not get them to answer either of the phone numbers and they do not reply to the messages I leave. I am not sure if my father in law has been caught out by a scam or in his confusion bought a holiday package from a very poor travel company!

Oh yes this G.. D.n  business does exist - they also use the folloiwng number 1877 3022183.
Extremely rude and unprofessional - do not list when one wants to be put on the DNC list - they laugh at you crack jokes etc.....  I have caller ID can now I do not answer , I  call them back often  and hang up on them after all it is a TF call !!! Go ahead harass them for what its worth.

They (Broad Travel) also use the following number 1 877 302 2183. They are extramely rude, and unprofessional . I have caller ID so i can  ignore these callers. I have  now added the 404 492 7988 to that list.
I am on a 7 line switchboard and find it VERY frustrating getting these calls - they are certainly on the increase.

My father in law in the UK who is 87 and has Alztheimers had a call from some one saying he had won a holiday. In his confusion He Thought they wanted to give him some money. Ended up they have taken over £500 out of his bank account. He has had a letter from Broad Travel, 801 NState Rd 436 -Altamonte Florida.  The phone No is on the letter.  

I can find no records fro Broad Travel and I believe its a Scam!

This afternoon I was out, came in and found this number  - no message.  Does anyone know who owns this number?  I looked it up and it indicates that it originated from somewhere in Atlanta, Georgia but no company name given.
