they called my girlfriend and she gave them the information to her bank but the funds were not available then they started calling me and she didn't even give them my number??

i think this is a scam.

I have received several calls from this number on my work cell phone,I do recall one of the messages being from a Mr. Richardson,and one also claiming to be a law firm. It is clear from the posts above that this is a collection agency,and it is illegal from them to represent themselves as a law firm. I stated to the man that I had never heard of the person he was trying to contact,and that the phone was a company phone,and was hung up on.

I received this call on my cell. Caller said he was in Atlanta and looking for someone "involved in a case." The caller wouldn't identify the company he was with. I hung up.

I got a very strange call from this number today - I answered my phone as I usually do, saying "Hello, this is Joan!"  And the man said "Hello Karen, this is Mr Van Stiles."   I didn't say anything for a moment, and he said "this is about the civil suit?" I told him he had the wrong number and he read me my cell number and I said, "that is my number but I am not Karen."  Then he said "you don't know Karen Huranga?" And I said "no." He said "sorry for the inconvenience, Joan" and hung up.  So he clearly heard me when I answered with my name -- and remembered it enough to say my name at the end, so I am not sure why he called me Karen at the beginning?

Very strange. I think it may be some kind of scam to find out my name? I am not sure why...

They call me....the same guy....I hung up on him he is rude...And i told them not to call me again..

i also got a call for a mr. richardson in regards to my daughter the man is a nut and tries to call himself
an attorney.asking all kinds of questions. don't tell him anything he is a fraud.

I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL PHONES CALLS AT MY PLACE OF WORK. THIS MR. RICHARDSON AND HIS FRIEND KEEPS HARRASSING ME AND WILL NOT STOP. I'M NOT SURE WHAT TO DO TO MAKE IT STOP!!!

i got the same call from a "Mr Richardson"...said i was involved in a fraud case and trying to issue me papers....don't know who they are.

I got a call regarding a case and banking... have no idea where this or who they are representing, but they said they were sending it to the county that I reside in... name of mr richardson... any idea of who?
