They called claiming to be Amerisave (Amerisave.com) to respond to an e-mail request from me about mortgage refinance. I never made any such inquiry. They knew my name and e-mail, but had not other information about my location, which is very suspicious. Internet search for "Amerisave" shows many dissatisfied people. Their caller ID just said "Georgia".

Yup, the drunk/high guy.  I'm gonna call him back around midnight. Sometimes it fun to be a nightowl. Hope I wake the dumbass up.

I work from my home and had just got back from making a cc payment to for my acct. I get a call from this #404-503-2136 Georgia per my caller ID, I hung up and called the # back to complain and its some ghetto guys voice trying to pick up women. How desperate and disgusting. Needless to say I hit call block *60, called the Attorney Generals office In GA & the Federal Trade Commission In DC. They have screwed with the wrong person and I will not let it go until they are caught!!!!!

I received a call from this number today. No message left but when I called it back it was a recording asking if I wanted to meet single hot men and to leave my name and number to get a call back. Get a REAL job people!

Gotta love that Rachel! She is persistent. I got multiple calls from her last year. Today, at work, it started again. Got a call from 404-503-2136. It was the same old automated message "This is Rachel from credit card services. I want to assure you there are no problems currently with your account ..." yada-yada, can reduce my interest, reduce my payments, blah-de-blah. I pressed "9" at the end of the message and got transferred to a live person who asked for my name and address. I replied "This is the City of ____, and I don't know how to direct your call. Who are you trying to reach, or which department?" She (not surprisingly) abruptly hung up. Definitely a phishing scam.

Complete scam.  They are trying to get you to give them your credit card numbers and then watch out!  Charges up the wazoo.

The new message when you call back is "If you are a single lady interested in meeting a rich man, handsome, 23, leave your name and number.. " blah-blah-blah.  Of course you can't leave an actual message telling them to take a hike.

They called my cell as well.  Verizon lets you block up to 5 numbers for no charge if you want to avoid the phone calls.  It expires after 90 days.  I'm hoping they think my number has been disconnected and drop it from their list.

I did recieve a call from this number but do not know who this man is he said hes 23yrs old and rich.

just got a call from this j*** off!!  He said he was from Capital One and that i owed $3000! he asked for the last 4 of my social. I said no. He asked me for a card number. i said "my middle finger!" this is a Nextel mobile number.

Pretty funny, I called this # back from a different phone and got a recording of a young dude saying if you're a rich single lady I'll take you to lunch. Weird.

I got the same call.  When I pressed nine I told the man to remove me from his calling list.  He hung up on me.  When I redialed the number I got the voice of a guy asking if I was looking for a rich man

They're calling from a cell phone.  This is the first time I have received a call from this number.  Didn't answer and they left no message.  Only hung up after the recording.  I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

I got a call from this number today on my cell phone, I did not answer and they did not leave a message. Fortunately for myself I use an Iphone and have the app Iblacklist installed so I will not be bothered by this number again. Any Iphone users getting these types of calls I'd recommend iblacklist, and for other smart phone users I'd check to see if there is a similar app out there for your phones as well

I received , and number. Evertime i press 9 to speak to an agent and everytime i ask what the name of their company is, they either hang up or tell me they are callin from my visa company.  When i ask what Visa, they hang up. I try to call the number back and you cant call it back. I want to report them but dont know who they are. They call my cell phone evertime and i am on the DNC list for my cell.

Comes up as from Georgia. I called back, and, I **** you not, it bumped to a msg saying, "if you're a lady looking for a rich 23 year old black man..." after which I hung up. I have no idea what kind of scam this is, but wow, this is farkakte.

If anyone can find a website or identity associated with this number, post it here and perhaps something unfortunate (in the digital realm) can happen to this putz.

Or pool our resources and hire an assassin.

I just got a call and googled the number and found this.  I didn't call back and after reading some of the comments posted here, I'm glad I didn't!

Received a call from 404-503-2136 and it was a recording from "card services" saying they
could lower credit card interest rates.  The recording advised to press 9 to speak to a live
operator.  When I did press 9 an operator came online; I asked her to remove my telephone
number from their registry and she immediately hung up.

I have now received 4 phone calls from this so called credit service!  I am on the do not call registry.  How to stop this terrible "Rachel????"

Got a call from this number bout the whole credit card thing, yea and i dont have a credit card. When i press 9 to tell them to stop calling me i always get hung up on. Called back the number today when they called and got some voicemail of a male saying that if whoever was calling was a single female to leave their name and number because he would like to take them out on a date to brunch or something.....have already reported them before, tired of these calls def some bs

I called the # back to see who it was. It was a guy who sounded drunk who said that if i was a young single girl around 23 and wants to go out and get lunch to call him back..Sounded scary~

When I called this number back the recording said "if you a single lady looking for a rich man, 23 then leave a message and i can take you out to lunch or brunch" WTF?

Received a call from this number at 1:37pm on 6/17/10.  I do NOT pick up on calls when I don't recognize the caller.  Apparently, they listened to my entire voice mail message because my automated system picked up their hang-up sound, but they did not leave a message.  I will also report their call to the FCC since I am on the Do Not Call list.  We can hope that eventually these creeps get stopped.

I think this was a scam call they delayed answering and said they could lower intrest rates. The said dial 9 .She hung up when I asked who is calling. I called back And the answer machine guy says if you are a female looking for a good looking date leave your number. He said he woud take you out for lunch or something.

I received a voice message from this number today.  It was a male asking if I was looking for a rich man and that I should call back so I could be taken to dinner.  LMAO

I just called this number back and got a recorded mesage stating "If you're a single lady looking for a rich man, handsome, 23...leave your name and number...I'm gonna take you out to lunch...Thanks" and then it tells you this subscriber cannot accept any mesages....
What a joke...like I have time in my day to deal with crap like this!!!!

I received a call from this number on 6/18/2010 about 3 in the afternnoon, when I calleb back a skeevy guy was trying pick up single women...his voicemail was full tho...I really hope people arent leaving him messages...EWWW  creep

Started out as a recording for a credit card After pushing 9, A man answered and started telling me what he'd like to do to me.  GROSS!

I got this today, I screen all calls did not know number so I do not answer no message left in fact I do not answer calls I just return them if I know caller and message is left it depends though on time of day and how I feel. My Voice message states this.

Just called this number back and got an answering machine with a guy saying "if you're a single woman and interested in a young handsome man , 23, leave your name  and number and we'll call you back."
There was no message when they called me but I kept seeing this wireless number on my caller ID
