Actually, the correct name of this business I received a call from was indeed Hollander, Chase and Associates, not "Company" as I had previously stated.

I just got a call from Hollander Chase and Company but, this number was (214)269-5274 and I called back.  The message said to press "0" for an operator and I got disconnected every time I did this. I finally gave up after 8 times. According to their menu I might have gotten a summons to appear in court regarding a lawsuit. This area code seems to be from somewhere in Texas.

first of all you should have asked them to provide documentation for you to review.  it seems as though  they have a list of bank of america customer's that they are harrassing. i would be leary of a company that could not be googled.

Received a call from Tony Hayes from Hollander, Chase and Associates - phone number 404-551-5374.  Said that I needed to call to discuss a legal matter that is currently in their office prior to litigation.  As far as I know, anything that is pending litigation is sent to you via certified mail.

Mike called from the 404 number stating he is investigating a relative of mine for credit card fraud.  He knew our personell information and some of our family members.  I advised them that if I ever have identity theft against me that they are the first ones that I will report to the authorities.  Does any one know what there game is or what they expect to gain from this act?

I was left a message on my home phone from an Agent Green with Hollander Chase & Asso..phone #404-551-5374, also an 800-917-1602 # ext. 104 & case # 000249-3 at 8:19am & I needed to call her back before 3pm central time or I can have my lawyer call. I don't get home till after 5pm from work, so I am planning to call this woman tomorrow & let her tell me her story & then I will tell her where she can go get F-----? I googled up there name & this is where I have been reading all this stuff that they are a bunch of losers. I was a little nervous from the message but they can't get money from a rock. I have gotten calls like this before I believe from applying for payday loans. Had  a message today from agent Davis, 800-671-1601 ext 108. Needed me to call back regarding a bad check. Googled name of company, Hollander chase and assoc, Won't be calling him back. First time I got a call like this they threatened to have me arrested if I didn't wire them the money. Thank God I checked online and found out the were frauds.

I am SO glad I Googled Hollander, Chase and Associates and found you all!  The telephone number they left was 404-478-2736 X107.  "George" called my office at 14:30 today (10-26-2010) and just left a message.  Since you all referenced BoA, that reminded me that earlier this year, BoA changed my debit and CC's because of a breech of security.  Maybe this is where they got my info, don't know. I do know I have no outstanding debts and have never applied for an on-line loan or any pay day loans so I'm WAY curious as to who they are and what they want.  I will check back with you all and let you know what happens.  Thanks to you all and all your work, I feel a little more empowered and not nearly so nervous.  Also, check your Attorney General's Office on-line under state government.  Most of them have the complaint forms on-line now and it's easy to complete.

I keep getting phone calls from this 404-478-2736 ext 113 form some agent Smith saying that I am involved in a check fraud and harrassing  my coworkers if they don't co-operate they will have to appear in court and scaring them...all due to some payday loan that I supposedly applied for and that I will suffer the consequences, so I decided to google this people and wallah I come across  this fraud thing they have going on...thank you all for posting this very useful information. I hope it makes us all aware that you cannot post any of your personal info online.

i received continuous harrasment calls from this company representing an online payday loan.. which i have done in the past  and paid them... when i tried to follow up more... with an  800 number. after i was initiallly contacted... i continously get the voice mail... of hollander chase and associates.    
i ignore all 800 calls now and send it to a voicemail... but they didnt even call my phone , they would call my job...

Got a called, fro Holland and Chase Assocaited...threat put me and my family in jail...ask if I can pay today I said NO!!1 But if you mail me some information about the debt I would take care of it...I need validation for this debt...He refused and said, consider your self served....AGENT .Smith..he got mad when I called him MR. I would count them as fraud- Only your DA can charge you with a Crime- not a company out in another state!! Worst case is that they try to Garnish your wages!! So what, ask for paperwork, company information- dig deep!  Its the end of 2010, scams are getting harder and harder to catch, these pple are good!!

i also spoke with agent ashley at this company she did advise me of the debt and how to pay and get rid of this i advised her that i was now unemployed and that i could not pay the bal due. i owed 500.00 stated ashley...i advised the loan was not piad off due to problems with my account in the past. i knew exactly what they were speaking of. she verified all my info and  ended. the call. on 11/15/10 i recieve a summons to appear in court in dec to answer this allegation. this is not a scam by a long shot maybe you should find out who is doing this to you so you can resolve this asap before you lose your job just like me and it was no one fault but my own now. I received a voicemail from a man I could not understand his name. The number he listed was 800-344-3615. I then received a call at my office from the same man. I asked him if I could validate the company's information and he transferred me to Michael. Michael told me that he was Vice President of Operations. I asked him for the Business license and he told me to call the Secretary of State, and that he would not provide me with the information I requested. I hung up and googled the company, and I found all this information. I then called the number back and asked to speak to someone other than Michael. The woman I spoke with would not give me her name but she stated that she was the owner of the company. I again asked for the business license and once again I was denied. She told me that she would have me servered and disconnected the call. This company had my social, my address, and my date of birth. That right scares me cause I really don't want scammers with that information. Does anyone have any suggestions.

got a same message mentions my parents name associated with someone i have not spoken too for 10 years. I was going to call, but i think I'm going to stay away. Sounds like a scam, and me and this person NEVER had any financial situations together.

i have been getting calls from this number and they stated that there is an impending lawsuit with US bank against me. the funny thing is they have my maiden name and my bank, and phone number right but the address and social security number they have is wrong. I told them on several occassions that that wasn't me and they insisted on this " unsolved matter". the last time they called me I told them this was harrassment and I will be contacting my lawyer they said they will file this account as fraudulent and erase the file. I'm a little worried cus I gave them my last 4 digits of my social to pull up the file and see it wasn't me, but i husband said i shouldn't even have done that cus now they can play the old "bait and switch" and  possible add it to my credit report. I'm contacting my lawyer anyway and i guess i have to wait to see what happens. Do not give this company ANY information!

They call me and stated that they where calling about a debt i have and stated that I needed to pay it and that I could wire the money to them.

Has anyone been successful in getting them to stop calling?  They keep calling my cell leaving a message for someone I have never heard of, and I have had the same number for 15 years.

Had not had a call since feb. 10th, recieved one at 11:32 a.m. from a Rick Duggan this time, stating he's holding a warrant to be served at my third shift job, I am incidentally retired, this was my last chance...Supposed to phone 888-853-1284 and reference docket 116-345.....The BBB in Atlanta closed this complaint, they'll get an update though.
