Ok guys this Jerry or whoever the hell he is called my husband today saying that he is a criminal cause somewhere in 2007 his check did not come thru ($350 amount) and he is a criminal investigator willing to record smth??? So I really need an advice on how serious or how big of a BS it may be and what to do???

I had a bad experience from paydays loans by some Indian Scam artists but this number called me as well Mr. Jerry Benson  was very nice and explained everything to me professionally.  Writing a bad check in most laws is against the law this private investigaion firm also has a website to refer there is nothing fraudulent about this firm they work with a mediation firm that helps you clear the check up before it goes to court.  After payment I received all the necessary paper work to clear my name for the check for my record.  People if you wrote a bad check and you are given the opportunity to resolve it do so just because you had a bad experience don't risk your freedom each case is different but I think its unfair to say Mr. Benson  is rude far from it he went above and beyond his call of duty. We often want to play the victim but we must be responsible for our debts he is not calling from a collection agency my attorney thouroghly researched their company.

GUY CALLED FROM PARAGON INVESTIGATIONS NAME JERRY BENSON AND THE FIRM IS LOCATED IN MEENISODA HE SAYS IT IN ATLANTA GA BUT THEY ARE IN MD, THEY ARE A SERVAILLANCE FIRM paragoninvestigation.net

Received a call from this rude and condenscending person who said they were finding charges against me for 668.00 from 4 years ago, and that there would be a warrant for my arrest in the matter since this is a charge considered a felony.  No other information would be given me, and no monetary arrangement would be given - Only that the amount is due NOW and that if not, I would be arrested and let the court decide.

Jerry Benson said I had to warrants in two states and in two counties. I asked for the creditors name and he refused to tell so. This guy is a bunch of crock

A rude & condescending man called me & said that he was from Daragon Investigation, a private investigation firm that was trying to get in contact with someone other than me. He asked for my name & said that this person was in a criminal investigation in 2 seperate counties in 2 seperate states. He started saying all this & that & tried to act intimidating & official. When I told him, "Wait, Why is a private firm calling on a criminal investigation, what is the name of your company, how did you get my information, & why are you calling me?" he said "Im calling with Daragon Investigation," I asked him how to spell that; and he said, "D, A, R, A, G, O, N... Investigation... you should know how to spell investigation, you should be smart enough to spell it." I told the man if he was going to be rude & condescending I would end the call & then he hung up. I looked up Daragon Investigation & came up with nothing. I looked this number up and came up with a directory that had the number listed as an e Coaching Group - www.ecoachinggroup.com - this url routes you to www.ecgstudio.com which is also listed as being in Atlanta Georgia, but not at the same address.

Received a call from a man at this number asking for me by name (I should add, by my maiden name, not my married name). Told me there was a criminal case I've been named in. I verified my name (but not that I was involved in a case of any sort) he then went on to tell me I needed to forward information on to my cousin (who I haven't spoken with in at least 10 years) that the investigation was criminal and proceeding would begin in less than 24 hours. I haven't the slightest idea what he was talking about. I told him I hadn't spoken with my cousin in many years and I live 2000 miles away. Before I could complete my sentance he hung up on me.

Strange. No clue how he got this number as it is registered under my husbands name and there is no way my cousin would have had it in his possession.

A very rude man from this # demanded information about a person with the last name same as mine. Not only me but everyone in my family living in this town....Heaven only knows who else he called with  our name but no relation. The # on the caller ID was, ECOACHINGGROUP.
