call and says nothing

This is a College search company that helps people enroll in school.  They are only calling because someone at your number, requested info about furthering their education.  They are only doing their job by trying to help you register in school.  They use local numbers to call you ~ so each state has a different number.  I just called them back, when they didn't say anything after I answered, and they answered and told me what the call was about.
