identify thief phishing scammers trying to get personal information out of you so they can steal your identify and gain access to your personal finances to clean out your bank account.

He claimed to be from Ebay Motors but seemed very shady when asked regarding identity, work dept. or even employee id. Pushy about payment but lack of speaking english, let alone non responsive when asked questions.
