Some Indians claiming I am finalist in VISA, MC, AMEX sweepstakes.  Keep calling my cell repeatedly and do not leave messages.  Very weird cutting in & out of speakers for "prizes"

Apparently got my number because I created an account at walmart.com (even though I have opted out of all communications during the signin process).
