just received my first call from this number when i answered all i heard was shuffling and then it hung up and when i call back all i get is a busy tone

I recieved a phone call from this number and it was a woman on the other end when my step dad answered it. She wouldn't tell him anything and now I when I call back I get a busy tone. Why are they calling me. I don't give out my number for anything.

I have recived 4 phone calls from this number in the part week. Leaves no message. When I answer I hear shufflIng and then they hang up. Whenever I call back all I get is a busy tone. Annoyed.

This number keeps calling me too!! Odd thing is my name is melissa too!! Weird.. They call and ask " hi is this Melissa"as soon as I say yes they hang up..

This person/company keeps calling me at random times of the day and they keep asking for my sister but cut -off when i talk to them... its its not cuz im rude lol! i just try to explain its not my sister its me! lol
