This number has been calling for months. I answered the phone a few weeks ago. The person wanted to speak to my ex-son-in law. I told them I knew nothing about him. The number called back within a week.
I would for these people to get a hefty fine!

Never leaves a message.  Calls at least twice a day, sometimes more.  How can this be stopped?

Have no idea who this is but they call me 2-3 times per day and always are intrusive hours. Calls come in as early as 7:00am and as late as 11:30pm. Never leaves a message.... and I don't owe anyone any money!!!

Same thing here, no message, pressing "1" nothing, who is this, and who/what the heck do they represent? Everyday, sometimes twice a day. Just want this to stop. Tired of running to the phone, thinking it could be one of several ill in health, family members, and it is this number. Please can anyone erase them from the map?

Same here.  Calls every day.  No message left.  Maybe I should answer one time just to see who it is....or not!

These people call all the time.  If a message is left, it is mystery as to who the message is to, who it is from, and exactly the nature of the call.  I get all kinds of messages left on my machine telling me to get in touch with someone immediately....but I never return the calls.  If they can't say WHO should call them, WHY we should call, and if money is owed, to whom it is owed and how much, I have no interest in returning any calls.  They are wasting their breath and threats on me!

It appears that based on the daily behaviors of the majority of people today, it is perfectly acceptable to do whatever you like without any accountability or consequence.
That is known as BASIC ANIMAL BEHAVIOR !!!!!!
