I got a call week ago from a lady named petra ncs is a collection agency that collects on apartments behalf as what was explained to me as I Did owe for an apt I didn't read my contract and fine print to you ladies I wld suggest u pay ur bill w this company cause I couldn't rent an apt without paying this bill first no need to hide behind ur answering machine cause ur debt isn't going anywhere....

No, she called me too. While I do owe the debt, it is a debt between my soon to be ex husband and I. I have been advised by my lawyer to tell any and all collection agencies to discontinue phone calls and contact me in writing. I have already told a gentleman from this same company regarding the same debt to stop calling and only mail, and then she called me today. She said she doesn't have to stop calling if I did not send the request in writing. In the state of Florida, where I live, all they need is a verbal request. So ya, don't bother with them.

Yeah I got the same call but I didnt answer because I dont answer calls I dont know.but they left a voice mail asking for somebody with a different name someone I didnt know! They better quit or ill have to call the police!

Ugh they keep calling & calling they beter quit I dont bother them so they better not bother me! If i have one more call I swear i will call the cops im tired of it!

Someone just called me from hat number looking for my brother and the only thing she could tell me is that her name was petra.

a lady named petra just called me saying i owed a previous landlord money and i need to pay it now or be reported to collection agency.  i don't owe this money and am prepared to fight this, but i must wonder if this is a scam.

Apparently this is a lady named Petra from NCS, a collections company.
