OMG!!! I had the exact same issue. Then you try to speak a supervisor and he says I am only interested in collecting the debt. Finally I said I was done talking and he goes no, I am done talking. I was like really. You're a manager. These people need to be looked into for harrassment.

You are lucky, the guy on the other end, Heath Robinson is an a**hole. He hung up on me several times because I told him I was going to talk to the actual company I owed money to first ("well then I'm marking u as refusal to pay! .click.") if he calls you tell him he is an a**hole and don't deal with him if u can help it. People like that don't deserve people making their job easy. I literally was going to pay same day as he called, after I did some some research, but
then he hung up... Go to hell Robinson

Keith Robinson, debt collector... Doesn't like it when you call him on his lies. Make sure you cover all your bases before speaking to him and know that he is an a**. I just got off the phone with him for a debt I am CURRENTLY PAYING on.
Make sure you send a cease/desist letter immediately after speaking to him.

This number called me and left a voice mail asking me to contact a Mr. Robinson at 1-800-435-0327. It was an older man, he did not tell me what he wanted just asked me to call.
