i just got the same call crazy person said i had a long over due bill. during that time i was not here in the usa i was living over seas how crazy trying to get free money from people that way. all i can say about it is god has his eyes on you and if you keep it up a charge will be put on you.

Mr. Jones called saying he was calling from the El Paso County and when I told him he was not calling from the county he then said I didnt say that I said I was calling on their behalf.  He got upset when i refused to give him any information and when i told him he could not be calling my place of employment he said that "people like me who get pay day loans are broke and can not affors a lawyer" I got upset and called him an idiot and he told me i was nothing but a broke receptionist. He ended the call by calling me an idiot.

This Mr. Jones as he calls himself has been harrassing me at work. He has called several times and when asked not to call back he still does threating me with the cops. Well he did it again and i am still here at work waiting for the cops. This man is a fraud and he needs to get a life and stop harrassing people.

I received a bunch of vm's from "Mr. Jones" at my work.  I called back and he said it was "regarding an incident in Lyon County".  He fumbled around a bit with paperwork stating he had "over 300 cases".  I asked him several times what this was regarding. He started yelling at me, stating that they were taking me to court and that the police were coming to get me for a felony. I asked him to please not call my work number any longer and that if he did indeed have a debt that I may owe, to send it to me via US mail.  He said "this is great stuff", I said what? "he said I have all this on tape for court".  I said great - please let me speak clearly then.  "You have not told me what company you are from, you have called my work and harrassed my co-workers several times and according to the Federal Government, YOU are in violation.  If you would send me your supposed paperwork via the US Mail, I will go over it and see if I truly do owe anything".  I then told him I wanted his address.  He hemmed and hawed and said "I'll have to put you on hold".  I said "you don't know where you work?".  He said no one ever 'AXED" that question.  He finally came back and gave me the mailing address:  221 Peachtree Road, Suite 473, Atlanta, GA 30309.  By the way - he said the debt was from 2005 - I didn't live in Lyon County in 2005 and I don't live there now!

I just spoke to this JERK JEFF as well. He called my job and left me a vm message stating that he was an investigator and that there had been an incident. I called him back and he immediately said " I am sorry to inform you of this...." WTF He started talking about my being locked up and going to court. - needless to say I figured out that he was a bill collector and hung up on him. He called me back 3 times harrassing me at work and said " If I can't pay my bills then GOOD LUCK on how they prosecute me. I advised him before hanging up the 2nd time that I know he is not supposed to be calling me oat my place of employment.

I just got a call from Jeff at DK & Associates stating that Dallas county (where I live) is going to file against me due to a pay day loan I defaulted on. I received this exact same call a few months ago from a different "company" saying that CA was going to file against me. THIS IS A SCAM!!! There is no company named DK & Associates and they did not have my correct SS#. Please do not send them money!! They can be very intimidating, saying they have lawyers standing by to file charges and that it is a felony. They are lying. First thing you do is ask then to send you everything in writing. I did this with the first company and they refused, I told them to file charges then and nothing happened. This time "Jeff" said he would send the papers out to me but got mad and started yelling at me when I would not give him my zip code, I told him that he has the address so he should have the zip code. Also he did not call me, he called a friend of mine and asked her to have me call. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.
