Received 2 calls from this # so far today. Sounds like an automated call but you never hear anyone on the other side.
Phone Co. info shows that the # is out of service.
My guess is that the caller is using Caller ID spoof which allows you to show a false # to whoever receives your call.
What a waste of time and money.

I received a message from this number .  It was from Brigette Gabriel.  I wish I had answered.  I'm a fan.

My cell is also on the DNC list.

Three calls no meaasges today

Just received my third call from this number so I called it back and found it's a fax machine.  Someone apparently has the wrong number in the fax machine and it keeps trying, thus the "no one there" calls.

Have received several "Out of Area" calls with this number.  No one ever says anything when I answer.  I see (above) it's the DNC, but I have no idea why they would be calling now and if they have a legitimate reason to call why don't they say something!?!?

Got a call from this number and wouldn't respond... Caller ID for this # says "Mother Won't Believe".   404-614-0000... just plan rude for people to call and not say anything....

Recived at call from this number, 404-614-00000, identified both by  my own Caller-ID and by Verizon * 69, and traced by the *57 tracer features, so I know that the call came from this number!

The caller would not supply a salutation upon request, so I repeaed blew a whistel into the telephone, paused and waited for the caller to identify himslef or herslef, and repaeated the whislte 2 -3 more times unitl the caller who would not identify himslef or herself hung up.

I then called the nuber and asked if the caller had just called 703-754-2478.  The caller sounded at first like a child and then like a "young black female."  The caller claimed that the phone had been mixed up all day and that the caller had been receiving calls repeatedly from this number.  I asked what the caller's ohone number was, and the caller ( presumptive caller, the individual who answered the telphone when I called back the number which had been identified as having just called me), indicated that she  did not know the phone number , and that she was using a cell phone.  At that point, I felt pretty exasperated because from  the iformation I had, the call came from 404-614-0000, so I fainally siad "Bushit!"  and "That I hope that the police get your a**!"

So who in Hades name was it?  I have already told the GOP to take my name off the caller list, and that I was voting from Bob Barr.  If it was someone from the Obama camaign, I hope that person burns in HELL>  I have enough problems with teens and Hooligans around here thatn to be dealing with kids , even Obama's daughters, on the tlephone making last minute telephone calls.  Personally, I think that it should be possible to opt out of political solictation also.  I find it to be highly irritating.  I do not pay to have a telphone to be solicited by polticians, survey researchers and charities.  If any  of these want my attention, then they can contact me via  first class or thrid class mail.  I have enouigh trouble  in keeping myu blood pressure down without having to deal with these damn telpheon solictorrs or politcal party workers.

Caller ID for this # says "Mother Won't Believe".  I don't answer calls from #'s/people I don't recognize, but we have certainly been getting a whole lot of calls *(unsolicted) even though I update my DO NOT CALL listing about every 6 months!  It's ridiculous!

recieved call from 4046140000 it had the additional four 0's as well, I answered and there was noone on the line, it eventually hung up?

I have been receiving calls from this number all day.  I answered the first two times to just get a hang-up.  I finally let it go to voicemail the 3rd time around and it was a message about a hiring event for IT professionals.  I am in the market for a new job, so they must have gotten the number from one of the job posting sites (monster, careerbuilder, etc).  And PS, I am not even an IT professional!

We have been getting calls from this number for days.  I won't answer if I don't recognize the number.  Now that I know it's the DNC, I'll answer.  I have yet to be polled on this election and I'm happy to participate!  Obama-Biden '08!!

After six calls today 9/27/08 I received the call.
A recorded message wanted to know who I would vote for president.

After I voted, the message gave me the telephone number for the local DNC headquarters.  This is just sleezy!

I have Comcast, and can not block this number!
Strange that they would contact a registered Republican.

This is not the 1st call from this #.. how is it the call can be made from that #, but if you call it back, the # is not in service at this time!
