Was transferred to a Female who wanted to lower my credit card interest. I had heard this scam many times so I told her I was particular who I talked to and asked if she had big t*ts. She called me a pervert and hung up. That was easy

I also pasted the phone number on my facebook acct with a warning...perhaps you can all do the same.

I received a call also, I programmed it into my phone as SCAM Telemarketer. II knew I wouldn't remember the number so this way if they call again, I'll know not to answer. I am registered with the DONOTCALL registry, but that doesn't seem to be working.

I for one really enjoy these calls. I like to argue and negotiate things which mean absolutely nothing. One of my favorite things to do is to time myself to see how long I can keep them on the line asking questions and frustrating THEM. If I get a really good and nasty one I'll always provide a credit card number, just seems like my dislexia kicks in right at that time and I never can give them the correct one. Nothing better than to send them into a tirade and then as they hear me laughing right before THEY get that hangup click. Happy hunting my friends!

The Barlett Inc. Agency is a SCAM. They offer an opportunity to lower your interest rates on a credit card or some other account. Be careful and you not provide any information whatsoever in responding to this call. Do not respond my saying the "yes" or any word that imply yes. In fact, always be on your "P's and Q's when receiving unknown calls, E-mails and/or postal mail.
Extra Tip: Allow your answering service to take the call and then google the phone number or business name for information. You might be surprised. Also, be careful because these scammers camouflage themselves by using company look alike names (Searrs), or the real business name (Sears). If they leave you a number to call, do not. Call the real McCoy and make the proper inquiry.
